That is the downfall of autoing. It can sometimes have unpredictable situations with how the AI reacts, and just how things play out in general.
That said, I just autoed a couple and didn't see anything unusual with the pathing. If you can get it on video with the fleet autoing the target and getting stuck I would be happy to pass it to the appropriate parties.
And immediately after I posted this my Buccs found a place to get stuck. It looked like they were sitting just out of range of a building. Which is one of those unpredictable occurrences I mentioned in my previous post and one of the dangers of running targets on auto.
Hi Mods: This is an idea about the bug. Gang, it appears to me that the problem (or at least part of the problem) has to do with spots on the map where an oil rig or other water building is right near an island. The water building footprint seems to be off, or is too large and the fleet runs up against the footprint?
