Hello. I'm having the issue where when I try to submit a ticket and login in through Facebook it says Help Center already has an account with my email address. I don't know how that is possible but if you can help it would be greatly appreciated. My user ID is 5147424.
i cant send in tiket because of email problems i get password reset at my email but when i clik on the link it sends me back to support page with no way to reset password...it took me 4 days to do new fmm with alot of coin to modify fm fleet..i took nightmare torps for tier 5..then did fm again and got a special chest...when i open chest it said i won a 2 dat ship build token and a 1 day ship bild token...i put a ship on to refit and went to use token..and they were not in my inventory...nada nothing...i would like this fixed thank you
I'm having this problem too. I want to buy a limited time fleet but I can't. I click on the sale tag and it tells me it's purchasing. Pls I really want this fleet.
this is the fourth time that i have started repairs to a fleet (16 hour repair) and i ensure that before i log off that the fleet is actually repairing. When i log back on the fleet repair has not been done. This means that I obviously have to wait another 16 hours and loose time on FM and campaigns.
I also cannot submit ticket. It says I have either invalid email address or a invalid Facebook account. I get emails all the time from BP and I only have one FB account so go figure. My problem is for the first time I purchased a daily deal. A fleet of ships. BP took my money but my ships have not appeared anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
tells me no valid email attached, i cnt check the emails as cnt get into the account, is there a way around this? i only want to send a ticket regarding a bad jump on kix behalf

THE LAST WEAK I WAS PLYING AND THERE WERE ABOUT 470 COINS ON ACCOUNT AND SUDDELYthere were about 80 left. What browser are you using? I have heard there are some that it will not load for.
for a longt time i am trying to get in contact with kixeye.... it is about a lot of problems that i have with coining and paying withojut get my coins. I hope that you will look back in your administration so you will see were it is al about... one time i lost 2500 coins another time i was heaving about 600 coins left and suddenly there are round the 80 coins left without doing anything. and a lot of times right on the time when i am attck something or somebody there are problems whit the internet site of Facebook and i lose the fleet so lose my coins again., I think that happens at least 10 times. And i will tell you anothwer stupid thing. i am playing war commander aswell and more than a year maby two ... while i was playing my outpost dissepears ... I sent tickets but never ger any responce,.. i hope you will help me out with both issues so i can go on playing with the same fun im was play before,.. wiss you all a very good and happy cristmas and a great new year!
I started building a hellwrath and my portal was equipping before I left for basic I came back on leave I was attacked and it halted their progress I can't submit a ticket because I haven't spent 50 dollars and I don't know what to do in this case
I have been unable to access the game for 4 days now. I thought I sent in a ticket (three times) but can't seem to get help. I have spent hundreds of dollars the past year and am running short of patience. I jumped both my bases (one is played only on Kixeye, the other only on FB Gameroom) to a bookmark I left in sec 501 (just over the border) and haven't seen either base since. ID#s 14016734 and 17614891. I've already missed out on VXP weekend, Christmas Day token offers and most importantly, I was about to win the eviscerator after breezing through the first three tiers of the campaign. I can't believe this is how I'm going to go out.... SMDH....
Can someone who has found a work around pls tell me a direct way to contact KIXEYE, I am sick of them fixing my link to fb then I cant send in tickets, just the auto reply that the old ticket was closed. More then happy to copy and paste my ticket here if a MOD can assist.. Thank you
