This game is dead. The last 3-4 events and especially this one has made it so obvious that Kixeye is trying to suck every last penny out of any player who is still stupid enough to buy gold. And they will continue to do that until their profits stop. They are rearranging chairs on a ship that's going down. They say they are going to fix the lag etc in the future. No they aren't. They know their game is dying because of their greedy money grab. Why would they even bother wasting time and money fixing anything on a game they know isn't going to be here in the very near future. They are only fixing the meaningless things. Players are bailing out after every event and Kixeye keeps making the next events even harder. That should tell you everything you need to know about the fate of this game. I wouldn't be surprised that by the end of this year we will sign on to the game and get the "error 404 Page Not Found". Because that's the way companies like this operate.
The 80 is a [email protected]!king joke!! Lost 4 1 use Max's, 17 dogs, and 3 heavy Survivor platoons and cleared the front....I'm done, **** this rip off game...kix will be dead is less than a year.
1 day in event and here come the big question: is there going to be a reducement in difficalty ? or we just going to have to fight with 525 range vs op nightmares with 800 range that seems not willing to go dead or just see or techs get killed by a warhorse as that will never happend with normal units that we have i lost way to manny on the 80 base and i almost trow all my survivor units on top of it to see the nice repair bill
i don't mind the 2 restarts but atleast reduce it so players actualy can play it and here is a tip kix use units that we have and stop the overpowerd bases with 8 railguns 8 hunters and what els you have done the last years
i like the game more 2 years ago when you actualy made medal bases similair to a players base not all have lvl 20 techs or lvl 20 hammers, like 98% of your players are still on lvl 10 units so keep that in mind

Right a simple request, show a video of anyone in Kixeye doing the 80 base with units that we the players have not your own overpowered ones. The problem is that you have designed a base that is not suited in any shape or form to the faction units we have to attack it. The only units that are any way of use in the 80 base are technicals and they whilst good they are fragile so are destroyed very easily. I am sorry but you are completely losing the point of any game, it is supposed to be FUN! I am playing in sector 135, I logged on last night 5 mins after the event and there were 3 players on yes THREE. I understand there has to be a balance in the game to encourage coining but encourage and forcing are two different things after 5-10 mins attacking the 80 you have lost so many units that your choice is give up or coin to get it finished. 24 hours into the event and I am stopping for at least 18 hours to make repairs. so were have you made a profit? Look at your numbers you are driving people away! For too long you have been wrapped up in your own cleverness and ignored players requests. The majority of players have stayed playing because of the friends that they have in the game but if their friends no longer play what is the point. The 80 base will not be able to be completed by the vast majority of players WHY? I initially actually enjoyed the event but it went downhill very quickly.

@Wrongthinker this event per wave payout is more but only 945k per playthru and with all the tech at massive prices each, thats not gonna go far, . you really missed the mark on this event, not even counting the fact that event start was on a day that everyone would be with family and not playing a computer game so that another day of event lost as well, The last couple or three were doing fine, then this one completely takes a dump, risk for reward is a joke, then you have to earn the option to buy the trophy on top of that, the entire event is a total joke, its still early so hoping the development team sees their mistakes and corrects them all accordingly

They are two different style bases. War Commander is no longer a game of send the juggernaut in, herald in, ardra in, and watching the thing go. Now with this event, they are making us use different units and try different strategy to do the bases, I tried to use herald in these event bases and it got tore up because of the archers. However, using technicals, vindicators, purifiers, and a bunch of liberators. Each base after 45 will take me like 10-15 attacks and about 20 minutes per base, but I am doing the event slow and steady and it seems to be working pretty well,
Something about kixeye and their crackhead balance, " wouldnt need to rebalance if they did it right the first time".
I write this cuz I wanted to tell that person, when using example, dont tell Kixeye to use certain units. They said balance would be like them adding one commando each update.
To you I say; USE ERM as an example, why well I think you get the idea of using OLD junk is better than telling them to full the Bunkers with **** that can wreck my **** day.
personaly I would have said : Balance is Adding one ERM into an bunker gradually over time till full. and I wouldnt tell them to do it hastily either.

The fact that you can get the restart at the 3/4 mark in factions track, doesn't actually help if you can't defeat the base. It is Way OP. I am a fairly high level with a decent amount of units. I am far from the best where it comes to tactics, but I can usually beat most of the bases. I may not get the last couple or few in the track, but decent. At least decent when you have tracks like the ones in the events up to this point. But this one makes each base super important to get, if you want to continue and get units you Need in the near future. I am having a hard time figuring out who exactly this base was designed for. The lag and dc rate is horrible and it seems most of the units are near top level, if not top level. I have been in this game for years and am so disappointed in this event. When you take a new direction with the game/events do you consider the whole of your consumers? or just a few that have deep pockets? Recently you have done a few things in the game that gave a spark of an idea that you at Kixeye were turning the game around and making it more interesting and fun again. We seem to have slipped back into the rut. If the game continues to go in this direction, the most merciful gift for the Christmas season may be counseling to get this addictive monkey off our back.

higher payout means nothing if you cant beat the base
thing most I am peeved off about is what these azz clowns did to the VK 80's when I need thor. Feels like that time when they tried to dictate when Thor bases would drop......
IDK why they gotta fk with chit that didnt need more AA Or anything else done to it. Only reason they do chit like this is to increase Revenue and that doesnt sit well with me esp when I didnt get the time before event to prep for the event.

I am having problems with my base and event base turrets not loading in. I have scouted other players bases and their turrets load in instantly, so i know it isnt my internet that sucks. refresh doesn't help either. please help me fix this issue
on all previous events, there were 4 restarts, this allowed lower levels to get more xp by restarting. well kix thought us low levels were getting too much xp with out spending coins. so what does kix do? gives only 2 restarts instead of 4. sure you get another restart when you get to 60 but most low levels will not be able to do 60. so now there will be more begging for help. kix once again shows it has nothing but good intentions for us lower level NOT

Are you mad ??? The only thing we get thats huge here is repairs, I have 2 bases to go to complete 1 round and i have as much repairs as a normal event where i go through 2 times and with more bases. Faction 2 gives more, whoopty do the total is under 1 million xp, thats less than normal. I have never spent so much time repairing compared to time playing since i have been playing this game, and my id is 5 mill so this is far from my 1st event. I hate this event with a passion, after the next 2 bases I will most likley be done with it. The risk is way to far out of balance with the rewards. Operation: Thorium Rush is much more concise than recent events, in turn increasing XP-per-mission payouts and making replayability a little easier! It has two tracks: a Main track and a Faction track for Survivor Units only. Technicals from Operation: Resurrection should be a great addition to your Platoons. Each player starts with 2 Replay Tokens, with more awarded ¾ of the way into Thorium Rush, rather than at the very end!
Sorry but 3X isnt astronomical when ur taking 3X the damage Ive had close friends quit that I thought never woulda given it up cause there skilledand there seeing that this **** is getting rediculous and saying this is a skilled based event is just plain dumb say what it is its a money maker to try to see how far u can push the players and get them to coin well Ill say this the 2 friends I know that just recently quit coin like I do and I was coining atleast 100-250$ a week and I havent spent a dime in 2 weeks and I wont not anymore after this crap thats going on medal base for example we find a way around a setup that we can take expected damage not ASTRONOMICAL DAMAGE considering u dont wanna spend 25 mins compared to 1 attack and we all know this base wont be changed for another 2 months cause thats kixeye something we find a way to do and theres videos showing it it gets changed right away without warning so get used to it guys this is the way of kixeye and they wont change no matter how much we poke or prod

The only real issue I have with the XP payout is that the main track do only award 1/3 of the total event XP and you will only gt about 600k xp for all mission except the final mission. It would actually be much better if we had a bit more XP located in the main track without changing the payouts on the faction track so a full run gives you 1.2M instead of 900k and both the tracks give an equal total xp payout for completion.
Most of the high rewarding missions in this event are actually at the end of the faction track and the final few missions of the main track. However, the first few missions have doubled payout in some regard but doesn't give out enough.
Finally, I'm actually truly happy that you have decided to make the tracks a bit shorter but keep the overall xp payout for a full run which will make a full run a bit quicker in theory.
I can instantly answer no as this is not the worst event ever. There has been few far worse events which has been in my opinion and epic failure. This event do actually rank above average when it comes to the list of worst to best events.
My guess of the worst event in WC that has taken places in the most recent 2 years are probably...
...Operation Decent.
This is actually because kixeye got so far off with the event difficulty that even the highest tier players was forced to grind low tier targets. The Tier B was so difficult that you had to be a high level player event to complete the first few defensive missions which meant that most of the players (even high tier) was forced to farm Tier C for about 7k xp per full completion and the pricing in the event store was only a little bit less than the current standards. It was also in this event I unlocked the Blackout War Paint which I still use and it's an mark for the disaster with this event.
Few other of the events that has been truly bad in WC was actually the first few events after the track system got introduced with attack/defense/faction track. I think they were called Operation Stormfront, Operation Dogs of War and Operation Death from Above. The main reason was that it was a complete failure with the difficulty compared to the XP payout.

IDK why they gotta fk with chit that didnt need more AA Or anything else done to it. Only reason they do chit like this is to increase Revenue and that doesnt sit well with me esp when I didnt get the time before event to prep for the event.
Chit like this is unwarrented and is about to make more people leave this B*****zz game.
Operation: Thorium Rush is much more concise than recent events, in turn increasing XP-per-mission payouts and making replayability a little easier! It has two tracks: a Main track and a Faction track for Survivor Units only. Technicals from Operation: Resurrection should be a great addition to your Platoons. Each player starts with 2 Replay Tokens, with more awarded ¾ of the way into Thorium Rush, rather than at the very end!
Most of the high rewarding missions in this event are actually at the end of the faction track and the final few missions of the main track. However, the first few missions have doubled payout in some regard but doesn't give out enough.
Finally, I'm actually truly happy that you have decided to make the tracks a bit shorter but keep the overall xp payout for a full run which will make a full run a bit quicker in theory.

My guess of the worst event in WC that has taken places in the most recent 2 years are probably...
...Operation Decent.
Few other of the events that has been truly bad in WC was actually the first few events after the track system got introduced with attack/defense/faction track. I think they were called Operation Stormfront, Operation Dogs of War and Operation Death from Above. The main reason was that it was a complete failure with the difficulty compared to the XP payout.
