Yup same happened to me. Had stacked resources in war factory with unit builds. All gone, resources gone. And my TC and Hangar upgrades were stopped and reverted back.
On THU Nov 8 I am upgrading my Level 4 stronghold. However the update cancelled the upgrade of my Level 4 stronghold as a day passes.
I think WC should report each report and automatically upgrade the building whose upgrade was cancelled as a compensation. It can easily enrage players especially when the upgrade took a long time, cost a lot of resources, and is nearly finished.
mine was the def lab and hangar, they were both canceled, def lab should be at 24 by now, now i had to start over at 23, lol, blackout in hangar was going from 12-13, its still at 12, had to start it over also, so im without the reso plus hafting to restart upgrades again..
this is how messed up kixeye are 50 gold for people who have lost days and over a week of upgrade time ,but yet thay give you 75 gold for lag , and you wonder why kixeye you people get so much stick when you do stupid things like this very poorly handeld,
is it still getting investigated ? sent a ticket in but not had a response yet. Everytime I log out of game or get a dc the upgrades on my blackout & technicals reset and goes back to beginning, the mines still not repairing. also i lost about 5 yellowjackets i had in a Q waiting to be built ( that's not a biggy though) On the plus side though I started a upgrade on a turret and that seems to be working fine and my plats are now repairing again when offline yay !!!

i understand the frustrations verry good because we are in the same boat here and it seems they cant fix annything only add more bs so try to hope the best .The only thing in this game what is keeping us here are the friends but they are getting thinner by the day lol .Take a look at the other products this company have you will see the same not happy people there so its up to players to decide to leave or stay and swallow because its not gonna get betterlol
I find that your wanting to make the game better wonderful, although I don't like the fact that you just cheated me out of 4 days and 9 hours worth of upgrade to my defense lab, then you want to tell me, Thank you for your understanding so you give me 50 gold and res. What makes you any different than the people your trying to stop cheating. It cost 232 gold to upgrade my lab. So to the honest player, you do nothing more than cheat us out of upgrades prolong our build times, As far as I'm concerned this is a Fcked up mess and you really need to step up to the NON Cheaters of this game.
I lost over 3 days toward level 30 storage. Had it timed to coincide with a couple Defense Lab researches before moving on to upgrading it. Maxed storage would have been taken care of, but now it's going to be on the backburner for God knows how long. 50 gold doesn't cover 3 days build time, nor will it ever fix my upgrades being thrown all out of sync. Kixeye needs to just go through the data and finish whatever upgrade was interrupted by the maintenance. Whose dumbass idea was it to throw a piddly amount of gold for something that cost players up to 500 gold worth of time? Just finish the **** upgrades the maintenance stopped for everyone. Anything less is an insult.
Filters are too sensitive, and turns out they don't even work on latest posts viewed from the directory. Apologies for the actual profanity I tested out that others were exposed to in the directory.

glad im not the only one that doesnt think a useless op is fair compensation for days of lost time
gold in the game is a fake currency but the amount of gold sold or lost goes towards a 4th quarter report ..in the real world.. profit and los statement personally as a business man myself this look like a tax deduction to me .and could be applied to a business purchase ..as a result of the upgrade they claim they did ..in other words the entire thing could be written off ..
i just received a answer back that if you did not got a compensation youre buildings were not affected ,the game team run a script and all the affected players received a compensation ,Well you know what i lost 7 OR 8 days **** thx and no compensation at all for this WHEN i came back on i saw what happend and i did not wait to RESTART my upgradings AGAIN THen i went on the forums to see if i was the only one and nope many more but there is nobody in that company who can check this when i started my upgrade and count then 9 days further really NO WONDER this game is going to hell with everything
after the maintenance my upgrading was stopped working and i restarted again but lost 8 upgradingsdays on my defencelab .So writting in a supportletter gave me this answer if you did not get a compensation youre building was not affected wtf So it seems they are running a script to check it out .Is it so hard to go on my account and check when i started this upgrade and count the days its not so hard i think
My aircraft hangar was on a upgrade to lvl 5 did not finish , was lvl 4 now 3 again so 2-3 days more to upgrade again . totally frustrated at this point!! user id : 33566334

I am frustrated beyond belief. My upgrades have all ground to a halt, I can't build mines, I can't build my missile bastion. I want to play the game I really do , I don't mind coining either.Kixeye will not let me and they do not seem to care.I am tired of defending them, giving them the benefit of the doubt. Th bean counters may be responsible for the coin and repair costs being ridiculous. But who is the inept son of a gun that can't let us play our game...fix it and dole out some gold to your customers, I was fine when i got my 50 gold. However we the players deserve better and more. There have been many times that I have criticized Kixeye. This time I want to thank you. The 50 gold was a nice gesture. However, you also mentioned that you were going to "top off the metal and oil resources" and that did NOT happen.
Guess I should have waited. Remember that 50 gold you gave me? Why then did you take it back? I was playing the event and noticed that suddenly I had only 25 gold AND I HAD NOT SPENT ANY OF IT. The next day I had 15 gold and AGAIN I HAD NOT SPENT ANY OF IT. Well, I wised up and started spending it before you had the chance to take all of it. Seriously, why give something and then take it away? Don't you realize that was much worse than never giving it in the first place?
