i lost mine as well no big deal always start it over we all want the cheats dealt with, we want this and that fixed and so on they fix it them problems or start working on them small things like this is gonna happen
I for one am tired of either having to coin or be online when an upgrade completes to get the xp for it. I sent it in to support just to hear that its no big deal and common in high lvl bases. Well it is a big deal because if our base is upgraded to far and lvl don't reflect then were accused of cheating.
I know this is a beta game but ffs can't you at least do updates on a preview server 1st just to make sure it all works properly and then do a live release when you know it's glitch free
I think we need to talk about compensation. My defense lab was finally going to be lvl 21 and now it needs to be restarted and before that now I have to take the time to get the res to do it again. This crap gets real old real fast.
yep as always screwed again typical of this useless business sell you 10% base expansion the say its only meant to be 8% so take away .............. kix u advertised 10% we payed for 10% ....... I cannot get in to tell you what failed on mine had defense lab upgrading ,a platform upgrading and tech center upgrading technical to 5,and hanger upgrading Herald to 28

now now everyone when has kixeye ever done a maintenance right when has kixeye even done what they say they are when has kixeye ever released something without needing a maintenance kixeye incompetance is very well known cant see why everyone is still whinging for KIXEYE IS INCOMPENTANT that is fact
Anyone else have the problem that their defense lab upgrade is no longer upgrading? Had a day and half into it and it's gone with all the res I spent doing it. WTH Kixeye????
Yep, had started mine before downtime and it was no longer up grading.
BAHAHAHA I wasnt able to be on long enough to tell what had happened, Im not surprised by the crap they never fail to deliver, units or buildings missing, upgrades cancelled, base expansion reductions, cheating still rampant ........ lol deploy 5 furries but retreat 21 ... now thats a cheat that they cant catch or refuse to ban one or the other ............. subway sold a footlong sandwich that was only betwee 11.5 to 11.75 inches ............... it cost them millions .......... lol kix sell 10% but say its only less than 8% and a CM Burny who joined in oct 17 is going to do what .............. placate the masses with myths lies and fairy tales ........................ what a ****
I was doing my last UG for Deflab. Home from work now to see all this on the forums. That thing got stopped, Im gonna be choked. Was probably only 3 days left on it.
Same defense lab was going level25 had say about 20 + hours to go

Load that back up so everyone can have their upgrades, special ops, intel, etc back - then bring the game back up instead of leaving us all hanging...
