The mass increase isn't so bad as to be gamebreaking, especially if you're using FB12-13, you can't even use full mass punishers with those anyway so there is lots of spare space. IIRC, 13600 mass is needed per ship to fit in 6 punishers at FB13, full punisher load IIRC is 14,300.
Well done Kixeye for screwing us over. a tank ship with 7 armor slots and we cant even use 2 of those armor slots because then you would be overweighted. you could just have given it 3 armor slots this way and called it an assault ship.

On a more serious note - I played round a bit and can swap my fusion for Xeno armour which saves 1.X days refit time. See how well you can use that refit to claim time back. I managed to get 1% more armour that way lol.
it's not about bad or not, many punishers are now overweight and you can't us them until you refit them, time and coins spent if you have a build going atm
...There IS free refit, did you miss it? Saved me 24 days of fitting time. You DON'T need a factory to free refit. Unless... you don't have punishers and are just joining the bandwagon for yells and outrage?

The punisher nerf was crap but I at least wanted to hang in to get paladin and the marauder stuff. But I am not a coiner. I see little way I can possibly get the stuff this season. Punishers were the core of my events and they will suck now. I always hit lvl 70-80 fleets and now those pay little points. 90s and 100s cant be hit by noncoiners. And Kix has said these are the easy events then they will get much harder. So I see little way I can continue. I want to keep playing but Kix is trying to price me out of the game.
the punisher was supposed to be a tank support ship. it was an all around beast
the scam is the nerf should have been in place 3-4m ago, not now
