More Interaction on forums
Not just reddit, but on Kixeye forums as well. We need more interaction with said community. To talk about anything and everything War Commander.

As for War Commander I will probably come back around October 2018.
Granted if Net Neutrality gets taken down. Then forget about any free to pay/play games for me. (I have a soft spot for holidays and zombies)

However, the activity from any kixeye devs in this form since the launch is near 0 which is only in my eyes a sign for failure on kixeye's end. I may ask for the state of the game on this forum do I can compare it with other kixeye games but the population that could answer the questions is pretty low.
The only forum I truly know has a lot of activity is the BP forums but it seems like the BP devs provides enough communication to the players. War Commander, the game I do play is currently driving on an extremely slippery road where the devs currently has absolutely no faith from the community.

It has been 24 days and we have a reply. Welcome back Community Manager Swag. Normally to listen it requires only one person to speak, but to have interaction valuable discustion it requires both parties to talk. Sharing experiences, asking, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
I'm not going to tell you how to do your job, and I will say this. If I had a matter with the game via the support team. They respond usually withen 24-48 hours. This leaves me to with only 5 days to discuss issues, bugs, exploits with that game or else the issue would just be closed out. Now that sounds more along the lines of interaction.
Now I do agree mobile forum lacks valuable features like uploading images. And I do admit reddit is a attractive and popular platform. One which I browse often, but lets not kid ourselves here.
I sympathize with Funken_A and other commanders because there has not really been any quality interaction or communication. They are frustrated because they have questions. They are skeptical and do not trust you because updates got slipped in and still keep getting slipped in like unit oil repair increases. They are confused because new features are briefly touched on and there is no room to ask a Q&A.
A pinned post about questions on the forum just points to the commonly asked question section of the game for gods sake.
What about any questions we have on new topics? Especially the many posts that revolve around the same theme like oil being to rare or cost to high. How many posts would it take to gather a response or even make a official pinned response to talk about said issues on kixeye and reddit?
You can not just divide the player base like this from content and information, especially when
It is a forum, a proactive place for players old and new come to do these exact things disccused earlier as part of the interaction.
We feel like someone has dropped the ball. Regardless, I hope things for you personally are going well. If you have a sick day or vacation, I hope someone has the wisdom to have a backup and take over things. I hope and wish you success and hope to see more interaction from you with the community on both platforms.
