Troops refuse to respond to commands some times
Now I'm going to tell you again that when the game behaves you have one of the best sandbox game battle systems around. I'm good at it. i regularly search out players 3 - 10 lvls above me and I can win. takes a lot of nexting but I can find bases I can beat. HOWEVER
Troops refuse to respond to commands some times among some other issues that are just killing the strategy part of this game
Between the dead spaces on the screen do to GUI's, the extreme lag if too much on screen is happening at once. (Happens more often when I try to use vehicle infantry so I can not use vehicles at all which means much of the game is not usable for me, and it happens when your plunging into the defenses with tanks and troops the game lag. Commands are slow to accept or sometimes you are punching your screen in desperate attempt to get them from walking into their suicide.
My style is to conserve oil with my attacks so i need control... I watch so many attacks where players spam their tanks and vehicles and win but take huge damage.. that's not a play style I can identify with so I need the control this game has to offer for it to be a strategy game
FOR THE RECORD> I use Samsung Galaxy S tab and a Galaxy S6 edge phone. Both behave similiarly

There are times where i furiously tapping the screen and yet all my troops are heading inwards instead of retreating .. A few seconds and all my rifleman an s13s are gone..
As a developer you do realize your silence just means you are not worth my money... And if you cannot fix the AI so its responds properly and quickly as well as the way your the troops behave so we can have an actual strategy game.
Right now the game is limited to spam attacks and just being OP for most., When the game behaves it has some of the best rewarding game play but it doesn't behave consistently at all
