The finals in the Eurovision Song Contest took place yesterday. Many of us should have heard that Portugal did win the competition but which song do you think was the worst in the finals?

If you haven't seen the finals already, here is a full video of the final and the semi finals on the official YouTube channel.

The 2 countries with the worst score at the end of the final was Spain with 5 points and Germany with 6 points.

Didn't watch the Eurovision and never actually have, so I don't know much about it, though I have heard that there have been some pretty crazy entries at one point or another. Whats Eurovision like exactly? Is it any good? Or is it just kind of like shows like Britain's Got Talent or X-Factor or whatever other shows out there where you just get a bunch of random (sometimes crazy) people on stage singing songs with various degrees of quality (both in song and performance) and little else?

It's the world's largest television program with approximately 200 Million views live and if I'm correct, it's also the largest musical contest in the world. Unfortunately, Great Britain hasn't focused that much on taking the top spots in the competition.
The standard on the music vary a lot and some countries do usually preform better than other. Usually the biggest miss births are the countries in the big 5 because they do qualify instantly to take a place in the finals but spend extra money to organize the competition. The big 5 countries are Spain, Italy, Germany, Great Britain and France. The previous winner do also also qualify instantly to the finals.

Here are few of the more popular songs that did manage to win the competition.
