That's not very descriptive. Are you talking about from attacks against other players, from mining resource nodes, or what?

Agreed, RIP can you be more descriptive in your comment.  Are you unable to deploy a mining station?  Do you not see any depots in your area?  Are you having issues collecting from attacking other players?  More info would be helpful, thanks.

I'm talking about mining areas. There are no thorium and metal deposits in the areas where I can deploy my headquarters. Other players can access these war zones, why can not I?

Hmmm, interesting.  If there are alliances that have certain areas 'controlled' with strategic placement of Fobs and bases and blocking off entire areas, I can see where that may be a problem when you enter and IP ( Insertion Point,) because as a player you would have to fight through to get to where the resources are.  When you click the Attack Icon in the the lower right corner, it gives you an option to 'deploy' to a warzone, you should have several selections called 'Countries' to chose from, and then within those countries, 'states' to move from one to another.
Have you tried moving to another country?  What country are you in now?  What is your player lvl now?
Based on your player level within the game you would not be able to move to all areas of the map, this helps game balance.

    Hello
I am level 30. I do not understand why there is no point of insertion, for me, in countries where there are thorium and metal mines. I try several insertion points with no result! I can not make upgrades without these features! But I see a lot of players in these places!

You should probably attempt to join one of their alliances so that you can pass through their blockades

I already belong to an alliance! So I find it strange not access resources on the map!

Does your alliance control the war zones with the resources that you are trying to get to, or does another alliance control the war zones with the resources?

Oh I get it. So a little while back, states that have insertion points had their rules changed so that no FOBs could be placed in that state so alliances wouldn't be able to simply block players from entering that state. As such, no mining FOBs would be able to be placed within that state and no mining nodes spawn within that state. However, to get to an adjacent state that has resource nodes, you simply need to deploy your HQ into a state with an insertion point and then move it over to whatever state you wish. A possible obstacle to this are alliances that have set up defensive borders with FOBs which will need to be destroyed before you can pass.
