I have a Global Operations level 2. I have the mining station, Bunker and Infantry Reinforcement unlocked and a couple I have even upgraded. However when I go to Warzone It shows FOBs 0/0 Available and nothing in the tool bar on the bottom middle of screen. I can only deploy HQ and move around the HQ but I can't place any FOBs.

Am I doing something wrong or is their something wrong with my account or something?

    When you deploy into a warzone, you will be in a "sector" that doesn't allow deployment of FOBs. You will have to move to another sector that does not have an insertion point in it. This was done so that alliances would not be able to FOB block insertion points and allow you to at least get your foot in the door.

    When I move out of the green area I am still not allowed to deploy FOBs though??

    No, not until you move to a different named "sector" within that zone. In more detail, when you first deploy into a War Zone, and zoom way out, you'll see a number of named "sectors" within that War Zone. Only some of the "sectors" have green insertion point areas within them. You can only deploy your HQ into these green insertion points. However, within that entire "sector" you can't deploy FOBs. So after you deploy your HQ, you'll have to move your HQ to another "sector" in order to be able to deploy a FOB.
