You said that the Mobilization is 72 hours, that's from the 16th to the 19th. If that's true, then the Legacy Event (which is set for the 18th) has to be pushed back. Is it supposed to be 48 hours or 72? Most of the previous Mobilizations would last 48 hours.
Well even more proof the Game is dying faster than usual seems content needs to be cut back a bit!!! Or: reduce build times, stop spamming the players with constant enemy fleets that are OP except to COINERS and #Fake Scarlett-We all know this isn't how you act where is our high res photo of xeno ships and or reapers? We will never see 100% resistance of a weapon class. The resistance of the EXAL only applies to the armor points on it, just like Skirmish armor. Resistors apply to the entire ship health points (that also includes the EXAL).
I have come to the realization that kixeye has monkeys for developers and all other employees are simply snakes, slugs, snails, anything that just slithers around and easy for PP to squash.
So, we have an event starting for which are supposed to use coins to quick build new cutters and upgrade them to get stasis resistance. Yet, for some reason, the game does not offer me the Decimator upgrade packets. I do know many if not most have the offer on.
This means that there are players (or at least one player) who are not offered a level playing field even if they chose to use good money to compete.

We will never see 100% resistance of a weapon class. The resistance of the EXAL only applies to the armor points on it, just like Skirmish armor. Resistors apply to the entire ship health points (that also includes the EXAL).
+ all resistances are multiplicative not cummulative so 50% on ship and 50% on armor = 50% on ships and 75% on armor

It's not a "BUG", it's something "intentional" ... do you really still believe that kixeye would not notice something like this?

The post has been updated to include hive drops: These new hives will also drop Decimator Cutter Mk 2 crafting boxes (80, 83, 85) and Decimator Cutter Mk 3 crafting boxes (88, 90).

Sweet, sounds like an awesome excuse to spend money on something completely worthless! I was really on the fence about getting the decimator upgrade (even $100 only mks up half a fleet, each ship costs $25 in coins to build, more to refit so you'd have to buy it twice to have an actual full fleet of mk 5s) but I think that money is better placed elsewhere.
Oh I forgot research time on each upgrade which I assume doesn't come with the package and probably costs upwards of 20k coins to complete all of them.. Seriously if there was even a little bit of value in this game I'd spend money but everything is ridiculously expensive! Remember when you could get map packs for halo and they'd be like $20 and add days of entertainment value? Instead of 5mins every day for maybe a week til the next thing comes out? And trying to get this stuff in game is just stupid. I hit 2 63 DC Vsec fleets at 4h repair each and managed to get... 50 armaments. Out of 2k required, plus cores, patterns, ship parts.. Who is paying the money required to play this game? You should be spending your money on a new house cuz you could buy one with what is required to stay top-tier in VC.
Kix please don't nerf the points for old hives and reapers. Loads of players are still building and low level coining punisher fleets.
