Discount applies to new builds started during the discount and continues throughout the build.
Does not apply to refits I don't believe.

I started refitting a dom with swarms and now i cant use the 25% off
Who doesnt love for a 3 hour long refit discount
Having a week of discount would be absoloutly incomprehensible
