    If your Bunkers are full of Liberators and you also use some Liberators in base defense, you likely are going to be safe from Peacekeeper Missiles, so you won't need Icarus Rockets in your Rocket Silos. I would recommend Equipping the Achilles GS.

    No, this is useless.   To survive you must have faction units defending your base
