Graphic design questions.
Hello kixeye, I have a couple of questions. And I'm not sure if I put the post here or somewhere else.
I am a vega conflict player, and I had seen your wallpapers.
I was wondering if there was a job I could help out with in creating those?
I'm a high school student and I've been in graphic design for two years going on third, for my senior year.
I suck at drawing and sketching though I do very well in Photoshop.
i've been trying to think of different places I could try to apply for when I get a job. And since I've been a part of kixeye community, I was wondering if I could get some information about different things and the possibility of working for kixeye in the future. I have some files I could show you guys. That I've worked on.
If possible could kixeye respond back please, thank you.

by the way... whoever created that site should be fired.
Its even dumber when compared to say, the quality of the forums. This places looks pretty good in terms of design and layout, but that webpage looks like it was thrown together by a 12 year old just learning Adobe Dreamweaver.

Man I think that was a little before my time on the forums and so on.
I never seen that part of kixeye before
Its such a lazily piece of work even I could do better than that, and lemme tell you, I am an absolutely **** web designer.
Like, its tough to describe how it looked, but when you logged in, wasn't there an image of someone sitting at a front desk or something along those lines, and as you clicked links to different sections the page would automatically scroll down to whatever section ya picked and so on.
I remember KIXEYE have a site style like that at one point. That looked pretty good actually.
EDIT: Here we go. I found an image of what their site (or one of em) used to look like at one point.
Is this what you were talking about Hyperius? I do see some guns and all that decorating the walls. Have I got the right site?

That brings up memories of the good old days in war commander.
max level was 32 and th most powerfull weapon to crush bases were elite hellfires.
Only thing it was missing was a Will Harbin dildo Easter egg.
The days of charging into battle with D.A.V.E.'s and raising hell and conquering outposts truly were the best of times!
Kixeye's on website should at least not look like a total joke like this.
Kixeye as a company should have the power to make a high standard website. The complaining can go on for days because how lazy kixeye as a company are.
Here is few examples of true laziness.
TOME: Immortal Arena
Video and screenshot of the day. Haven't been updated in a very long time.
Upcoming features that has been upcoming features for more than 1 year.
Then there is the group features which is on beta but haven't seen any love in a very long time. It's possible to find even more but and I may spend my time on that.

I can imagine building a website for a company like KIXEYE might take awhile, but 8 months? Seriously?
Also, I get that appearance isn't necessarily the most important thing, but doesn't KIXEYE want to be taken at least vaguely seriously in a professional sense? I've seen so many other websites managed by both larger and smaller companies that are updated promptly (not like KIXEYE's which still has evidence of TOME as though its still in active development) and they look good.
Does KIXEYE just have nobody who actually maintains these sites on a technical level?
We may have to explain it to kixeye in a level that they do understand.
It was actually a great speech by a Swedish politician which was about how to make other politicians understand.
He did use smurfs to explain that another politician party that they was wrong.
Which means "It's this level you have to explain it in to make them able understand."
It's questionable which level we as a community have to explain to kixeye that they are wrong. How we explain it now do seem that it don't work.
