Make it fair
Randomise insertion points by the time you try get in you lost all your plats and game over not enough open spaces on map for rogue bases as everywhere is blocked. Control the borders but open the insertion points so you can at least get in and try hit something

Only 2 worlds for lvl 24 - 37 and the 37's own the insertion points all other lvls have 4 worlds to get into can't upgrade to fight back cause can't get in to hit rogues.
