Carriers are very important in vegaconflcit nowadays, however not all players have it and not all players can get it in events and so on. Yes there is midgar carrier obtainable from lvl 37-45 Vsec fleets, however not everyone can take on that fleets, and people who can they need to hit hundreds and hundreds of fleets to get shittiest carrier possible.

Since people who do not have a carrier struggle alot in PvE, and not to even mention PvP, my idea is to put a new offer in black market, allowing   players to rent fitted carrier for limited ammount of time. Douring that time, it acts like a normal ship, therefore if it gets destroyed, player has to repair it. Once the time is up on the carrier, it will just disapper from the fleet bay.

This would allow low and mid lvl players who do not have a carrier, rent themselvs a carrier douring any event, allowing them to normally participate in events.

And most important thing about this, there should be always atleast one carrier that can be rented using armements only. This idea is towards making life of people who do not have a carrier at least a bit easier, ot towards people having to coin even more.
