Co-op Event Idea - Vega Spite

Lore


As the skirmishes between the Demon corp and the rebels continues, Vega have used the knowledge and technology from the aliens and the Blood amber experiments for the planning and construction of their largest offensive attacks since the beginning of the conflict. 

Details


Large structures are advancing towards the frontier preceded by a large influx of demon corp and alien fleets. These structures are comparable to the size of small solar systems and are comprised of less defended Strongholds, Shield generators and the Main facility

Each facility will continually spawn a variety of Vsec, Demon Corp and Alien fleets that will move from the structures to the wormholes as normal

Strongholds are lightly defended bases much like our own and will have a range of defences for the various levels. These will range from 30 to 45

Near the centre of each structure are 5 heavily armed shield generators. 2 of the five shield generators are Anti-rush(AR) and the others are anti-Sniper (AS) which means that snipers will be required for the AR generators and rush fleets are required for the AS generators. These structures will range from lvl 50 to 65 and can have up to 3 people attacking.

At the centre the massive facility that generates wormholes for aliens and DC. this facility is made up of AR and AS weapons as well as blood amber and artefact storages that, once destroyed will refill your BA and give 200 armaments. These huge structures will require 5 people to attack with a variety of rush and sniper fleets. the structures will also have multiple Squadron generating structures and a ship factory that produces 2 random ships such as Cruisers, frigates, cutters or battleships with DC tech. These structures will be lvl 90 (Seems OP but remember up to 5 people can attack them at the same time)

POINT VALUES


Fleets rewards will be the same as previous events.

Strongholds


30 - 5k
33 - 6.5k
35 - 7k
37 - 9.5k
40 - 12.5k
45 - 25k

Shield generators


50 - 45k
53 - 50k
55 - 60k
60 - 70k
63 - 90k

Main structure


1 star = 150k
2 star = 200k
3 star = 350k

Entire sector will recieve 25k once the main structure has been destroyed.

NOTES

  • Once a Shield generator has been destroyed,it will repair in 1 hour 
  • When the main structure has been destroyed, it and the shield generators will warp out of the sector to repair fully however the strongholds will remain and fleets the standard fleets will continue to spawn

    VEGA is getting left in the dust...

    My question is...when WILL the processing complexes be attackable? Anyone ever clicked on one of those things and seen the message, "This processing facility cannot be attacked at this time."

    Why not? And "at this time" suggests that there IS a time when these complexes can be attacked. That would be an interesting addition.

    Personally the structure points should be raised up since they will clearly be much harder than fleets... especially main structure.

    @Wingman646 no clue... though since the game is taking a bit of a battle pirates route dont be suprised if the complexes become vegas form of the draconian sub sector bases in bp xD (aka the gigantic 3 form bases in the sectors of bp)

    Looks better considering the possible difficulty (as vega tends to ignore max mass)
