Commission? Thoughts?

Lots of players coins, lots don't.  But players that like getting medals, reduced R&D time, etc. can spend some serious coin repairing fleets with coins on the world map.  Let's them continue to hit bases without actually having to repair theirs, etc. etc.  

Curious what players could find as pros and cons to a commission based system.  If a player coins the repairs on a fleet, then a percentage of that coin spent would go to the player who caused that damage.  For example:  Player A attacks Player B's base and Player A's fleet dies or takes heavy damage and still wants to hit more bases.  So he coins the repairs and moves on.  Player B however could get a percentage of the coin that Player A spent repairing his fleet base off how much damage Player B did to player A while Player A was attacking his base.  This could also work in FvF mode.

This doesn't change anyone's outcome who coins already this way and would not effect them at all.  However this could encourage players to try harder to defend their base or hit more fleets on the world map.  With the new changes coming out like 1/2 repair to base fleets, etc this could push players that don't coin to try harder to defend their bases in the chance they might get some coin back.

    Well that's a productive comment.  What problem is there as a player with this?  Unless you are one of the players who can't leave battles hot and like to leave fleets lying around the world map to be sniped.
