suggestion for new BP relative to siege battery and siege targeting

there is the siege battery (building damage 60%+turret defence 40%) and siege targeting (building damage 75%) 
so, why there is nothing like (suppose: siege defence) that will have also haev turret defence 75% ?

    thatll make it too easy for ppl then. and then ppl would be upset about their base defense is too easy and whatnot. Simply its not really needed right now because just the base turrets alone cant kill an incoming fleet thats y so much is put into guard fleets. Until the drastically up the damage of base turrets i doubt itll happen

    Boats already have plenty of defensive adjustment specials, like CX3 and MX3 and DX-5 and what-not.

    in my opinion something like that would completely finish off base weapons and make them utterly useless. Between the high resistances by R15 specials, the steadily increasing base resistances on newer hulls and now deflection which is also slowly trending upwards a lot of base turrets are getting dangerously close to a point where they will be doing minimal damage if anything else gets added to the boat side of siege defenses.

    Base weapons already do minimal damage.  There is literally ONE weapon that will do damage, and it also needs another turret to work.

    Right now, only a Wendigo does anything and you also need a Coldsnap to disable the Aegis field.  The Wendigo field is really the only turret available to bypass deflection right now.  Everything else effectively does 0 damage.

    Well, I guess that's not really true.  Apocalypse with Zynth and Pyre can hurt a lot, but you're talking about someone who has hit DUB for the Zynth special.

    Siege battery 3 at R15 has turret defence of 50% and 74% building damage. id say that is pretty good...
