I think the question on everyone's minds is...what happened to the ship build tokens? Kix has done little to address build times overall...tokens were the only partial solution and now we are 2 months without them.

They have! they add more and more stuff to the elite tier so you dont get as many tokens, they have taken tokens out of raids and they have taken out the chore quest which used to give you a small hand.
Kixeye are addressing the build issues just not the way everyone hoped, its normal kixeye modus operandi
What I don't see are the build times. The repair times look good.
If you built five of them with 10 of the new rail guns each, you're looking at 2 hours repair for each ship, or 4 per hull, 20 for a fleet which would be a step in the right direction for repair times. However, when you start adding in the armor and specials, it's going to be another 30+ coin fleet to repair.
If Kixeye really wants to do something good that is long overdue, reduce the repair times on specials by 50% across the board.

So basically just bare bones with 10 each of the new weapons you're looking at over a seven day build for each hull. Then add in armor and the specials you're looking at over a ten day build for each or roughly 450-500 coins per ship. I guess that's not terrible, but it's not the reduction in build times that were asked for and promised.

Apoch mortars are pretty crap now and useless against the rush and uber range fleets, i would also like to see more of the missles turrets offered again (at reasonable prices), but I dont think it will happen.
what is the difference between wall damage and building damage?
Building dammage is all your building and turrets. Walls are all the little peice of wall you put in front. Balistic will usually destroys the walls before destrying the building behind it. The more wall dammage a weapon have the faster it will get to your building. But with the peircing effect it doent really matter anyway. Walls don't last very long.
Can we get some explanation as to why no Token for two raids in a row. The MODS said last raid we didn't get them because it was a "hull' raid. Now they are left out again with no explanation. Are they just gone from the raid, and if so why is kixeye backtracking on an item that so many players look forward to.
The new hull looks pretty amazing with it's base stats (dat pierce buff tho...), but I find the new weapon to be a touch underwhelming... It's kinda like the arb's little brother, while I do initially see some minor DPS improvements it has the same range as the arbs which means it's outranged by every other end game weapon, I think an extremely mild range buff is in order, and possibly a ballistic bypass to counter the ridiculous defenses most hulls have nowadays.

you are missing a few days here..
If you went all 10 guns, you are around 105 hours, or about 5 days and change.. another 5 days for the base hull.. IF you did all D5-E armor plates you are looking at another 5 days. SO 15 days w/o specials. 4 standard specials, ss5, nuke acc, agi system, compound X gives you another almost 4 days and you are still missing a slot.. SO you are looking at a 20 day build PER boat..
build time reduction my ****... After the first BV show Doomrooster gave the excuse that the build times for the new equipment was already set and could not be changed.. Well that was 3 raids ago, Kix said they would address build times.. SO WHERE the hell is it.. Old out of date crap that nobody wants to use being reduced does not cut it.. IF my math is right, TWENTY frigging days per boat.. really now... 960 coins PER Boat.. if you want it now.. You are looking at almost 100 dollars US per boat...

your math is off ten weapons is 4 and a half days plus 5 and half for hull is 10 days without specials and ar so more likely 15 to 20 day build depending on what you use per hull
Also as I don't see it in base yet to preview ship builder what are the build times for the associated new hull and weapon.

If this is it you can tell KIX they r killing the game maybe next raid in 3 months with better prizes cause this is it not for me!
