where do I find out what I need to do these descriptions in the objects are very poor

What descriptions are you trying to do exactly?

The U cost isn't here but figure on 200KU for each level and you should be able to all of them.

Full List:

1 - Return 100 mil res to base, have Weapon lab 10

2 - Destroy 1 x Level 85 MilOut

3 - Have Advanced Lab 10, repair 50k ship armor

4 - Destroy SSB (Core and satellites) SSB is a regular Drac base. Artillery is the Satellites and the main base is the Core.

5 - Return 100 mil res to base, have Naval lab 10

6 - Destroy 3 x Level 85 MilOut

7 - Complete Fractured Empires Mastery x 5 This can be done and banked for when you get there.

8 - Return 125 mil res to base, own Warehouse 10

9 - Return 125 mil res to base, repair 75k armor

10 - Destroy 5 x Level 60 Armada

11 - Destroy 5 x Level 75 MilOut

12 - Complete Snowfall Mastery x 5 This can be banked and used when you get there.

13 - Destroy 2 x SSB (Core and satellites) Refer to the #4 description.

14 - Return 225 mil res to base, have Weapons Lab 11

15 - Return 225 mil res to base, repair 125k armor

Thanks....the game shouldn't hide future objectives from you in the first place, in my opinon.

Uh why does it matter? You can't do it until you get to that level... you can't even hit level 3 (without coining) without spending 240K in Uranium and 5 days of research. Much less level 15.

Sub Sector Base, it's a regular drac base. The Satellites are the Artillery and the Core is the main base.
