i do like the 5% range but i literally am on the last ship of a nuc fleet im building so might still pass maybe if it was 10% with 5% range goes to 95.55 which is same as arbalest well .5 over defense are decent id say if your a mid level or new player go for this either wait for cyro launcher or use d 92 u up to you its nice but with just building a nuc fleet prob will pass
So if you build the new hull around speed, with the new weapon, you could theoretically kite a crusader fleet...easier said than done I know...but dang, it just might be a solution when put in capable hands.

You didnt notice that range on new launcher is 94 base and overpowered in everyway and its even superlight so you can go nuts. this is gonna be just like the first week of arbs again, WITHOUT the big shockwave this is one of the top weapons in the game easy. with the big shockwave i cant believe these numbers slipped through

Yeah, it's in very early "hey, let's throw this idea around" stage. I only assume there'd be a cost to transferring. There are literally no other details than "VXP transfer: maybe?"

That's really interesting. Maybe the idea is you move your experienced crew from one ship to the next? It would definitely help limit the 'chores'. I think you would still have ships to rank even with that ability in place, and I can't think of a way it would unbalance the game. So, yes please!

I don't like the idea. Just seems like it would make older fleets obsolete even faster. I would rather they get back to fixing Build/Repair times.

5% with the new launcher is 98 range, longer than arbs.
And just how many points are going to be needed for these wonderfull toys?

With all campaigns open to all players...I'm sure you can grind something out...now the amount of seat time required might be a bit much, but it'll be doable for all.

The Launcher has a base range of 94. 5% of 94 is 4.7, game rounds up, 99 range. Not 95.

The list is the one part that changes the most closest to the event launch. I don't like to post it early in case anything changes drastically.
