ok cool dnx and nuc to r10 both hulls i use and need some love, event info would be nice as well as tourney prize, i do find it interesting your making a campaign for tokens rather then twisting it in with fms/chores we already do, but as long as the campaign isnt over powered or dumb im fine with this. the hull skins im not really interested in (for tourney) maybe the feature in general. unless they changed going rogue campaign to make slightly easier might do for not sure. well all in all good wip
Build & Repair Tokens A new feature enters the game that will help alleviate some of the burden of Repair, Research, Ship building/refitting and Building build/upgrade times. Our first introduction of this new feature will be on April 25th as part of a time-limited campaign that will allow players an opportunity to earn these tokens. I will post a New Feature Briefing as part of the introduction of this new system, so keep an eye out!

New FM junk - here's a thought, instead of creating another disruptor what about giving people a chance to win the old one and give it a slight tweak to make the slow effect stack up faster? Oh that's right, build and refit coins

"Descent" - Reaver versions of Drac bases dropping Proto nems that have to be unlocked by attacking OP world map targets? LOL. Ok then, i'm sure that doesn't scream *coin me* at all. We'll have to see what the rest of the event holds in the briefing before anything else is said.
VXP specialists - Assuming these actually come out, i'll be looking forward to them. So long as they're for relevant hulls players actually use and the costs to get these specialists unlocked aren't extortionate.
Retro pack 17 - R10 Nuc Cruisers huh? That's gonna go down well with all of the Greta users i'm sure. Nice to see the Dread get an R10 though.
Tokens - Oh good, another limited campaign. That's just what we need as a medium to win these tokens which have been fished out of the trash can for the community. I mean, it's not like the people paying for the privilege of playing this game deserve something good to alleviate build and repair times now is it? And we sure as hell don't deserve something that isn't biased to the people who coin the most, making a system that's equal to all would just be silly.
Let's not forget, these tokens are supposed to be obtainable by "playing content we do everyday, so there's no extra workload on players" so what in the hell is the point in a limited campaign? Aside from more coins that is. Introducing tokens with a dedicated bit of content makes a mockery of what was said about them up to now by Kixeye
FAT - So..... customizable ship skins..... I wonder where i've heard that before? Also, these "skins" have to be won, so . That's just hilarious. I notice that these new skins are to be won as well as the new hulls, meaning we're still stuck with 2 events per month that the elite will have to play every time to remain current in technological terms.
Overall a couple of good bits, some bits I class as "more of the same" but some really disappointing (but not surprising) stuff.

please dont add new fm content till after the raid cause u guys added the UAV mid month it totally screwed up the balnce on those of us that have kept on on tier 4 every single week. NEed that UAV and i no with my luck it will get rotated out or something please wait till after raid so those of us trying to keep current on all yr content increases can stay current

Chores imply we have to do it it every week/month/day. Campaigns once complete can't be reopened to redo. Frankly PISSED OFF that's how these are been done. And if they are just a 15 minute token at best is just STUPID. Why would I bother wasting time/coins for a few tokens that I could have reduced something else by the coins I spent to get it.

The player base should not have to "earn" the right to have our build and repair times reduced with tokens...if that is the case then all the time and money already put into the game should count for something. And from the players point of view it just seems earning tokens in a campaign is just another way for kixeye to make a buck off the players which is just sad.

I might be ok with that as long as this campaign doesn't have a time restriction to complete, which makes it so that the only way we can get coin saving tokens is to spend coins repairing our ships.

It was stressed by Doug in that BV interview that Kixeye are conscious of piling chores onto the players, yet here we are barely 2 weeks later with another brand new chore specifically relating to this new bit of content.
Either you lied in that statement or someone above both of you ordered this to be put into a campaign that no one wants in a ploy to make more money from long suffering players.
As it is, players are going to have to take damage in a completely superfluous campaign to get repair time tokens! Do you not see the sad, twisted irony in that? You're effectively making people take lots of damage to get help with repairs!
Honestly, the more I think about this the more angry it makes me, that anyone at Kixeye would think players are so stupid that they would accept this without seeing the ridiculous pitfall behind this implementation is downright insulting.
