The skeleton

I am puzzled by the skeleton in the spacesuit as the body wouldn't decay in space le normal and would either mummify or freeze, so what did actually happen to him? How did he become a skeleton? What was his name? Is it a guy or was it a girl? If it was a girl was she hot? Please Kixeye let me know so we have the full story.

    It could be aaron burr, after your initial startup he mysteriously disappears, the skeleton and aaron burr's spacesuit have the same emblem on their Right breast. if not burr it could be a close colleague.
    not only is the emblem the same the spacesuit looks identical

    Because an organisation as large as the VEGA Corporation would buy everyone custom spacesuits instead of, you know, buying in bulk?

    OP- Blame antimatter, or possibly blood amber. Maybe even both...

    they could buy in bulk but then again,
    1.he does mysteriously disappear and
    2.that since he was a named character he could have been important enough to have a special suit before the miner rebellion

    But still this doesn't explain why he is a skeleton and not frozen of mummified which is what would happen in space.

    could be something to do with the blood amber. as far as we know blood amber could keep whatever object it is in contact warm enough to allow for biodegradation.
    after all it's a game so some of our real world logic/physics may not apply here

    Burr is still alive as he is giving out daily missions on ocasions.

    Why he is a skeleton: He got blown out of his ship, died inside his airlocked suit, decomposed inside his airlocked suit, then when he was already a skeleton a piece of blood amber(the red jewels floating around him) impacted his helmet and shattered his visor. Ta-daaa, flawless explanation if Isay so myself.
