Kixeye is aware and as they work on fixing what is wrong some are successful in getting into the game since last nights(my time) maintenance. There still people experiencing difficulties, if you have sent a ticket please allow 24-48 hours for a response. IF you have not yet sent one, please do and any screen shot or video evidence of what is happening is always helpful. Thank you.
I wrote support about this already - I can get past 80% - game loads. But then I get a disconnect message once it loads. I get the error when I go to map - though sometimes it happens the moment game finishes loading:
Yes: I have cleared browser cache/flash cache/tried different browsers/different computers. My internet connection is up 100% contrary to message. And NO I do not have the game open in more than one place. And NO - my machines are not running slowly. (Most are quad cores with 6-8 GB and fast/newer video cards.)
It has been like this for almost 24 hours now. Not being able to get to map is basically the same as not having game load at all. Only bright side: At least I can keep repairing things. (id: 27591162)
Obviously a bunch of people's accounts are messed up & they can't get on. It's not going to get fixed on the forum so I'm not sure why they keep making new threads about it.
any news on when we can jump ??? would be nice if some info was given out or have i missed something haha info info o that info where are you info, i have looked under my bed not there!! asked the wife she just looked at me like i was daft lol asked the dog he dont seem to no when i can jump.

is not only issue wih getting into the game as some have encountered, but diconnected:
- from base to world map
- world map to base
- scouting the world map
Seems that you are not fully aware of the problem.
lol i sure will look out when i jump. so they have stuck my msg with another and that was posted yesterday and no info off kix lol i am away this weekend MR KIX so ya some info would be nice its not hard hehe
I am fully aware of the problems, however, each type of issue is being addressed and to mention them all here wouldn't solve anything. From a Moderators position I can tell you they are all being looked at and being worked on. Some issues were fixed yesterday and for some people yesterdays fix worked some it did not. I use generic terms like "issues' since there are more than one. I am not ignoring you, we will be doing my best to keep you informed as we get more information, we will post it.

STILL NOT WORKING CORRECTLY! I STILL GET THE ERROR MESSAGE 2005...BLAH BLAH BLAH! I did the restart, did the reset, cleared the cache and history...still get the error message. DAY 3!
I`ve had the day off work today and been unable to play WC.. keep randomly getting the red disconnect window. Couldn`t play much yesterday either. The longer this is happening the more chance of me getting through Cold Turkey and finding another Hobbie. So i`m going out shopping and no WC today.

when going from base to map i got after 1 minute this 2005 error . Still the same problem after maintenance . When firefox used for play then stuck at 81% whn play on chroome its no problem to load game onle got when go to map error 2005
I have 2 days trying to play but the game doen't load, just displays an error 2071 message, i've sent severeal tickets but didn't get proper assistance, this is sad

unfortunately most of my sector doesn't speak english so its up to me to help highlight and hope kixeye can get it fixed soon.
as you can see from my latest screenshot which i just took a min from posting this post the DC error problem is still going on. Hope kixeye can get it fixed soon so we can get back to farming warring stealing and having fun
im have troblem getting in the game it staying at 81% yet and some of my friends having the same problem we did the cookies and adope flash too please get it going for use
i cant play more that 5 minutes without an error !!
please fix this asap
