Dear Rumbelow,
How To Make "Mission Propaganda" A Success
subtle whisperings from an information broker (not V please) have it that a propaganda targeting everyone is afoot. Do not be alarmed for I embrace this. But here's a better idea.
It is public knowledge that many civilians (I'm aware that some have resulted to calling you hurtful names such as "Fat wattle", "Gobble gobble", the recent "Gular-fold-ram" and a miner favourite "Two-chin") within the Vega Corp are restless and have began to be disillusioned with the Vega Corporation as a whole. It's only a matter of time before the Corporation is "eaten" from within and you don't want that (obviously). Here's how you get even;
In your next search for V's elusive hideout, disguise your search fleet as civilian ships, but be sure to pack them as usual with heavy fire power. Invite many of these civilians who think Vega Corp is too harsh on-board each ship launched (sell them some BS. Tell them Vega Corp wants to be open to the public about her relations with the miners...or something). Now here's the hook;
Place within each "civilian" ship some of Vega Corp's most recent, TEMPTING high end tech. As usual that weasel, V will pop up again alerting those uncouth miners of our your delicious tech up for grabs. Hold on. I know V is not stupid. But he's not that good either. Yes he will find out that it's a trap but it would be too late. ( You will shut down his second transmission. It will never see sector space.)
Three (3) major scenarios are probable. One (1) is inevitable:
1. All the miners get seduced by the tech and attack the "civilian" ships
2. All the miners recognize the ships as civilian and don't attack them
3.Some miners get sentimental and pass up the opportunity to attack while other cut-throat ones go all out for tech
In scenario 1 the *blood of innocent civilians* will be on the hands of the miners. This will set up a fearsome chain of events (Pain Train)...the miners will see a Retaliation the likes of which has never been in the history of warfare.
In scenario 2 (which is most improbable I must say) many miners will begin to doubt V. "Which monster would want civilian lives sacrificed for tech?" V's reputation will be blackened. His fall sure. Your vengeance complete.
In scenario 3, we will drive a wedge in the miner alliance against Vega Corp while we have all of our people "back in the fold". The hammer of retaliation will surely fall on those unwashed vermin and they will be too divided to stay our wrath. Whichever way they play this, they fail and you win human sir. Be strong for their annihilation is at hand.

Addendum: See enclosed Allen's Light Intercepting Equator Node. This should help you jam V's comms...wherever he is. Instructions are attached.
*Make sure to send a personal body count of the civilians killed by each miner to his/her base. Break down their psyche.
You forgot that we call him Rumblebelly.
lol...that too. Though you aren't going to be too happy when he comes rumbling through your base.
My base can handle Bumbleblubber.

All he'd need to do is (somehow) get onboard a sniping destroyer, climb into one of the weapons and put on a crash helmet... now THAT'S a mass driver!!! and have a second ship waiting at the other side to catch him, obviously..
BP- started in the black sea days, then the game died...
WC- started pre-World Map, then everything went downhill.

Sounds like a planetary siege cannon.
