This is what I would imagine the VEGA Outer Mining ranking structure would be.  If you guys like it, i'll add more then just the officer positions in VEGAs thought of military.  There are a lot of N/As in this.  That's because we don't know of anyone else in VEGA other then Rumbelow and Vorzer.

Description: Commander of VEGA Outer Mining Operation's armed forces.  As of this time, there is only one that we know of, and probably only one in total.

Description: Since there are multiple clusters, there may be multiple Commanders involved in running them

Description: Due to the amount of VEGA activity and organization in each sector, there may be multiple men responsible for managing and meeting quotas.

Description: To break it down further, there may be multiple System Commanders over each cluster of 5 planets.  This creates further organization for VEGA Outer Mining

Rank: Planet Admirals

Description: The first administrative officer rank.  These individuals are tasked with knowing everything the planet they oversee, and are the ones responsible for the leaderboards that we see.  They keep a list of the individuals who attack the most and do the best based off a "Medal" system.  The list is then turned into a public leaderboard for the sector so that the rebels can destroy each other to gain notoriety from VEGA, and one day potentially get rewards for it.  Who knows?
