Level 33 vs Level 37+
How do I defend myself from a level 36+ Tp noobs who attack me daily with their level 14 titan and Elite Hellstorm?s I have used Elite Valks level 9, Elite Gatling level 10 and Hercules level 7 all customised but they fail to protect me. They attack me when I'm offline so I can't control my units and they steal most of my resources so I can't repair. So how do I defend myself? I can't attack back since I have no Unique air units although I do have level 10 Elite Megas with burst fire but I try to avoid using them since they like to just wonder off on their own. Help please.

Jump Sectors, or get Blitz Turret.
Also the Valkyrie schematic would be of a great help to you in online attacks by equiping your Elite valks with the explosive suit.
Extremely usefull in defensive waves of events against Titan too.
Offline attacks are a lot more difficult to counter just set your Base defenders with the right Commands. Also try to maximize your goGo bar along with the blitz turret. (Drone silo is still bugged may be usefull again in the future)
eg AA Ground units with defensive command in order to get the 20% range boost, Suicide Valks with Idle command so when triggered they actually hunt their target and any other strong unit you want to use for killing stuff at Fire At will.
Not that these will actually fully save you but maybe make it a lot more difficult for the attacker and they just dump you for an easier target.
Can't help but in same situation. Very recently made level 30 and being flattened all the time by lvl37s etc. There is just no way to put up a defence against their maxed out uniques. I would like to see Kixeye keep up the system of only being able to attack 4 levels down, if not 3. There is still a big difference in strength but lvl 35+ against a 30 is not even sport, it's too easy.

or dont put some units inside your base..
You could join a clan for protection?
I already am in a clan but the thing is that these Tps have invaded our sector after my clan had gone to sector 22 and killed them. So now they have jumped to my clan's sector and are going around targeting us, especially the lower levels. However they are also being put in bubbles daily by the high levels from my clan. Also its impossible for me to attack them back myself since I have no unique units, all I have is level 11 Hellstorms, without schematics and they're useless. I could try attacking them with my level 9 Elite Hellfires customised though.
These are good suggestions and another one is that if you currently have nothing to defend while off line, put your res in reserves (I leave one of my turrets at level 3 and if I want to 'put res in reserves' I start that upgrade to level 4, which is seven days). Then take out your defenders. So when they do bubble you they get very little and you get one hour of repair. I know it stinks to get hit by upper levels like that, and if you plan on staying and fighting, sometimes it is not about defense, but making it worthless for them.
Thats how the game works. Upgrade your units till you can beat your enemies. There are no (legal) shortcuts.
Any low levels come with them? I believe in the expression crap rolls down hill.
Firstly, and im not trying be a ****, im saying this as an observation only, you said you went to a sector and fought them, so you reaped what you sewed. Secondly, your clan is keeping them in bubbles so eventually they will either A.) call for backup and raise hell or B.) leave the sector. Thirdly, if they realize you are a level 33 who can not defend against them or effectively fight back, you will be hit daily, its done to make the enemy hate the war. In my current war, i keep trashing a 37 who has a terrible setup, so bad infact, i only need custom hellstorm for the entire base, and thats with a green blitz turret on cc. Finally, by level 33 you should figure out a strategy...if you think you have it bad, imagine a level 30 vs a 38
Look at your report see where there deploying from set 25 evalks or valk whichever you have as far out on edge of map as possible on attack at will command they will auto deploy like normal and lose the titan from the valk hitting its **** end in about 30 second lol
Think outside the box adapt and overcome!!!

You don't.... 1) you quite the game. ..OR... 2) jump... stay low profile.. rebuild... takes a few months (at least) to rebuild unless you coin... then, watch as that former lvl 37 is now a 39 that still kicks your ****... This game is not designed to help non coining lvl 30-34. You can not advance with paying... it is really that simple. If you don't pay... then everyone else that do pay will advance at a faster rate than you... so... we are back to the first choice - you quite the game.
Dont even try is my advice. Enjoy the 24 hours+ bubble.
Seriously though, you could try a blitz turret and put customised units in your base like evalks, hover tanks and hercs. That will put of some people.

Counter: Enemy deploys 1 suicide eValk of their own against your Evalks, and they all go kaboom
use the base protection time to your advantage. level up your offensive power. hide your resources in defense lab upgrades. and mostly the units you mentioned will not help you to defend your base vs a level 14 titan. so just put all erms in your base and spread them far out. this will not help either but will annoy the attacker and will take him more then one attack to flat your base and you will have no long repair time.
p.s and get blitz as soon as you can.
All you can do is be as big as nuisance as you can and hit their toons, steal their depos and brag to your clan so someone helps you, as this is now clan commander, in retro you will learn better toon war technique's and as you grow you will find out how best to be bent over.
P.S. play 24/7 and keep your upgrades working so in 6-8 months you can start hitting back

some really good advice one other thing to do is network... All of us (well higher levels) have been through what you are going through a lot of us was when we hit lvl 30 how I got through that time was not by my amazing units or my fantastic skill because I did not have either I had a lot of good people watching my back and helping me I still got smashed a LOT... And yes you can smash a lvl 36+ ok maybe not by yourself but with some help from higher levels you can be involved in the bubble and if not I am sure they have some lvl 29s there make their life hell. Laugh at them when they bubble you and tell them how weak when you bubble them have fun the best you can and whatever happens you will learn a few new tricks sometimes getting smashed is the best lesson in this game. Also work at getting the blitz ASAP and do not forget the stinger schematic is just around the corner we will have to see what use that will be.
Funny how people complain about being attacked by levels higher than them but no one talks about how they attack 4 levels below and don't tell me that you are the knight in shining armour that only attacks his level and upward.better try to get blitz turrnt then no one attack you
we got the tkt clan on a visit now in ur sector but they attack with 3 men lose a lot of titans and spectres and hellstroms and than clayimg that the win lmao.... also when they are done the bubble there self what a weak sucking clan

Ok thank you everyone for your useful tips, I'll try to get the stinger schematic when it comes and also save up for the Blitz.
Customized E-Valks with S.Vest - 1/3 with plasma & 2/3 with stinger (minimum 40+)
Place your e-Valks behind walls, they protect the e-valks against ground units.
And oh, by the way: never repair your e-valks fully, micro-heal them about 3 seconds) and use the queue time to repair heavies!
