Exos may become useful in the future when the mass is increased but don't hold your breath for that to happen and there is no word to how much of a increase Kixeye gives the cruisers and battleships. battleships have about the same mass to play with, a bit slower, but Exo's just can not compete at the same level as other tiered ships.

Spec4 Talons or 2 fleets of harriers would kill that Exos have a short use period after people get shields on their turrets exos aren't much use. Talons are much better and faster and agile. Put spec4 if you plan using them for pvp.

talons are way more useful then exos, talons with mass driver, shock 3 and iri mag 1, they do lvl 33 cargos with instant repair if done right
Exos are a thing of the past now. Talons are FvF capable and very useful with the right set up.
