XD all, ok see i was talking about polarons not all beams around the base! and i have 2 to one beams hitting most ships for they have 5,000 attack range the torps fire at you from any were try sniping just try my bridge with the gauss are going to get you its garneted. the storage is set up bad ok yes eventually there will only be 4 silos if you acholly look at the base lay out for five minutes you would see the difference. as well as the mines make it so you cant sit on the bridge if you know any thing about blitz attacking you would know that siting on the bridge and taking the beam are the main focus the whole base is impossible to blitz. there is not enough time for sniping every thing the range of the torps is inside the base own range you can snipe with mDs for the torps have deflector you can use torps for the guass have shock good luck snipers XD

Never hit a base? Last time they had the vega stats up on the old site I was up to over 300 destroyed. 

And no medals? You only have 95. I won a **** apoc in the last bounty weekend.

well with the recent tech upgrades beams can outrange md hawks and idk bout tridents but having an all beam setup with maybe a few plasmas could become a good base setup cause atm theres not that many ppl with all spec shield baser fleets and lasers eat up shock shields atm 

lol you mention tridents, but you don't even realise. A base with only lasers and chargers will easily be sniped by MD broads or tridents.

You know you're actually right, the base is impossible to blitz, and would take too long to snipe. This is a great base design as long as you changed up some of your turrets. If you get your modules set up with the right turrets you'd be nearly unbreakable, other than that fantastic base set-up dude.

umm could i ask you for a line drawn on paper for that one vanasten because i am unfamiliar with most 3erd tier ships id like see a good idea on how tridents with a distracter would distracted both torps at the same time? they out range gauss ? ill check stats on that right now 150% + 5,000 which would be for mds so that's 7500 with an additional 500 i believe maybe 750? to 8,000 so yea that sounds hard to do but i think your right on that part , though umm broads don't stand a chance you need to focus on type of turret with your distracter at a time for reves you would use shock and deflector witch would work well but i don't know about keeping my turrets from getting past that. torps spread first off i have them set up so the float the bridged like a flower i expected to all ways lose turrets in any fight but what i want is a base that just cant be bridged, i am looking for some real good information so please mabey ill make it harder to snipe 4 of the turrets on this set up or even move stuff in a more horizontal way possibly?

the plasma on the bridges range is strait at 7500 or something really close, the range radius is achoolly sort of a lie and when you shoot from the side that's like 750 extra range for sniper units the gauss do around 85 dps with the torps doing 150*5 i belive depending on how Meany hit how long would defecter v and shock v last?  i see your strait forward approach as well so ill put a mine strait with a torp every baems side and one every corner side possibly when i am finshed ill repost still doing upgrades and stuff, ok so the bridge will have defector there are mines 110% out of the main guns range the torps will have deflector the gauss will be shock and the beam will be Spector still thinking of res though? what should my silos have shock?

Here's a revolutionary idea:

STEP 1: Prep the two Lasers with some long range ship/weapon combo (doesn't even need to be MD Destroyers without any Torp cover).

STEP 2: Blitz with NHs and stay between the mines, put one down after another. Can use any of either MDs, Glads, Lasers or even PBs. Find what won't be stopped by the base shields and take one tower at a time. Depending on what kind of shields the NHs have you can prioritize the weapons that would hurt (for get the projectiles until they become annoying). Since EVERY tower can be hit by the equal of a PB NH without getting too close to mines, and the concentrated fire of this base SUCKS BAWLS you should be able to put down everything except the Bridge without getting near the anti-blitz minefield. But there are two areas (left and right) of the Bridge big enough to sneak in 6 NHs and fire at it without worry of detonations.

Of course, this obscure idea is not the only way to conquer this base. MD Tridents could crush their way to the Bridge in a single attack and then just be happy with the res and medals they took even if they got less than 100%.
