I do the almost same thing with a little less skill but just using 6 harriers, one of them with shock 3 and trit1 for a total of 166 Health, plenty enough to take the damage that comes trough the shield, the others shock 2. Works up to 23 for me, ill give 27 a try someday too now that i notice its also just 2 battleships Im a little less skilled in controll though so usually i avoided the 23s as even 2 battle ships is quite a bit if you dont do it this perfect
I also like to use the decoy against the enemies cruisers btw. Seems a lot easier to me than this kiting. Just shoot it down with 5 while 1 flies around.
