example the 20-25 .
to find out the new armor (base only) weapons and shields ;
it's not located on the labs .
You need to refit a ship or build one to access the new weapons/shields .
Armor is for base so u need to view components and change them.
also there is no way to upgrade those , you need find the next blueprint serie ;
