Polarons with Different Charge Rates ... ?

So I have a ship that I've been testing this on ... it has (4) Polarons at different levels and their charge rates seem to be different.  The higher level the polaron, the longer it seems to take to fire.  Is that correct?  I knew of the delay, but I thought they all fired at the same time?

    It's possible, but I don't use Polarons at all, so i wouldn't know for sure

    Put different levels of Polaron your ship to test it and confirm it

    I did, and it seems to be operating that way, that's why I'm asking if it's designed this way or a glitch/bug?

    i'll look into this when my current fleet is built and do some testing might make a video too if i notice anything like different charge times.

    any one got a good set up for the Vernom  battleship for 30 vegas I am useing 4 poloran ray #2 a 1 #5 missle an #4 shock an Focused opticks 2 an #3 rear thrusters , 705 armer

    @bigjay2050 I can't confirm whether or not this is intended design of polarons, though I can inform you that different levels of the pulse ray appear to have differing rates of fire as well. As such I would go out on a limb and say it is an intended design, though I'm sure you would find a response from Kix more to your liking.

    I don't use my Venoms for cargo, only for basing.  Ask your question in the "Strategy Discussion" forum as a new topic, not here.

    if you have rotation  it is clearly stated that the attack rate is decreased ;
    then also possibly the damages .

    Nowhere does it say that rotation thrusters decrease fire rates

    and anyway 14 dps (example)   is wrong since it fire up every 5 seconds. need corrrect that

    DPS is damage per second, not damage per shot.  14 DPS with 5 second charge up equals 70 damage per shot.  Conversely, 70 damage per shot divided by 5 seconds is 14 damage per second.

    combat speed is decreased? read more carfully...

    then they should fix it because full polaron ranc /venom that rotates takes forever to shot even if target is on sight

    Exactly, it's speed decrease, not fire rate decrease. Ji-To Kido.

    Why is it that so many people think it's damage per SHOT, it doesn't take even take a monkey to determine, by looking at the performances of other weapons, that it's damage per SECOND.
