So I have a ship that I've been testing this on ... it has (4) Polarons at different levels and their charge rates seem to be different. The higher level the polaron, the longer it seems to take to fire. Is that correct? I knew of the delay, but I thought they all fired at the same time?
Put different levels of Polaron your ship to test it and confirm it
i'll look into this when my current fleet is built and do some testing might make a video too if i notice anything like different charge times.

@bigjay2050 I can't confirm whether or not this is intended design of polarons, though I can inform you that different levels of the pulse ray appear to have differing rates of fire as well. As such I would go out on a limb and say it is an intended design, though I'm sure you would find a response from Kix more to your liking.
