I have to agree with liam on this one. make a fleet in ultimate shipyard, use cluster 2, adds the same weapon weight, then do the total fleet damage X.75 and add that to the fleet damage. i threw together a quick, and very balli/halo resistant triton fleet putting out over 50k damage per volley with shock L, and i have shock Q so it would prolly be more over 60k... that will 1 shot everything in your base. even the splash damage should kill everything in 1 volley. its to much. if you have op near anything 1 or 2 shots of splash and its dead this will force people to keep op away from everything more then they already do and bases will become 100% reliant on base guards. so anyone who hasnt been here or hasnt coined good guards is screwed by any nub with a fleet that has even 60% resist.
its only to buildings and before with the new shock a single volley from 45 of them killed a turret...as of now, I do not know **** a turret with lest than 1 volley so it is the same except with HE3 you can only have 30 of the new shock ( it will still kill a turret in one volley) but you have less to kill the guards with and have more than likely sacrificed a defense special. Not saying this is not a game changer but it is NOT as big as everyone seems to think. No different than when the HALO, JAV, DNX, MCX and threshers were 1st released. It hurt for a few weeks to a month or so then everyone adapted and counters came out. Like everything Kixeye does expect the super counter soon. In fact they have been coming out faster and faster. I would expect to see one in 6 weeks. Besides for coiners not many people will have them out (like any toy that is released) so this really will not be bad for end gamers any more so than new siege or shocks.
As a level 47 player that is a daily player, I get bubbled every day by 60s and 70s because my base just dosnt have the power now to with stand DNX. Ive only been playing since March and almost quit because its beyond frustrating to ever get better when you spend more time repairing your base from a 100% from a 62 and higher. I play hours on this game because I work from home, I have two screeens one for BP one for work. I am a repair only in raid coiner and with a budget because Im a single mom. I see myself quitting the game all together if this comes to pass. I get a base flattened everytime my bubble drops now I will be unable to play with this. IF you are going to institute this then you need to do something about the mid level players ability to get better or you will lose players fast.
Funny seeing all these big time base hitters crying about unfair, when the lower lvs cry you all say suck it up and learn how to play. real funny for a change.

this helps mid level players the most. They can not retaliate with a much better chance of success. Whether that stops them from farming you is another question. P.S. You said you get leveled every day? Then you are doing something to piss them off. First a bubble at 85% or more last 36 hours. Next try sending them a message and asking them how to improve your base. Take advantage of the bubble time. Do not send obnoxious messages. If you are willing to help your alliance hit another alliance's base fleet then expect retaliation. If you are really just getting picked on even when your staying quit then you need to relocate. Also if they are somewhat OK people then maybe you need to ask them to leave your dock. Try different base designs, look through the war room and read the guides. All helpful tips to allow you to play better.

It starts to be really stupid and too fast with all new stuff ... was playing other game got blueprints from lvl 1 targets ... they copied game idea read kixeye forum and fixed some issues we have here ... like being able to launch and repair fleet from map screen even start buildings and research

its not so much threatening the big time players, like has been said before - all bases can be cracked, the real deal is for everybody, because you dont need to crack a base, you just flatten it....which will have more impact on lower levels because those that actually are getting a good base built - just became a parking lot. us higher levels are fully researched, so really getting a flat base is no big deal - but it just made every base easy - with no skill needed - point and click the parking lots....
with that being said - it might get nerfed, it might not - but my base melter will be even more of a base melter, and i was only using 3 slots anyway :P
its more of a money grab than anything, as you will pretty much need coin if you are lower level to even try to compete - on the bright side, the javelin is back up for those that missed it the first time........now go spend that money - glitcheye needs to pad their pockets...

I don't think it will be as big an issue as you think. Turrets already die really fast to siege weapons, so a damage bonus will be largely wasted. However, the damage bonus doesn't apply against guard fleets, which provide a lot of the stalling in most bases. Have you seen people using EW instead of GS on MCX fleets? I don't think people are going to trade GS for this on most fleets either. Also, how many people use siege scanners?
I have a strong base, not to brag, but it stops the vast majority of attacks.. I have about 80 Days build time in my Guard Fleet. 3 Javs/3 Halos/2 Disruptors So around 75 days build time for those 8 Base Weapons. Now all that work may be undone by a level 45 who won the triton hull last raid using Siege targeting 3. And on top of all that a new system, that at least to me is EXTREMELY confusing to tell me if I won or lost in a base hit.
Ditch the Siege targeting and ditch the Stars and medals. Or else I fear the game is gone.
is your math of a little bit in the tritons??? its not 150% more damage but 93,75%??

If the math is either additive or multiplicative, the bonus is still at LEAST 150%.
Additive:
Triton building damage bonus (75%)+Special building damage bonus (75%)=150% extra building damage (e.g. Siege mortar B building (3200) x 150%=8000)
Multiplicative:
e.g. siege mortar B building damage (3200)+3200x75% (2400)=5600 building damage
5600+Special building damage bonus (75%)= 9800 building damage
Any way you add it up, it will be at LEAST 8000 damage for a siege B mortar on a Triton. Long story short, the building damage bonus for a Triton with the new special is either 150% or higher. Liam's math is correct, as is mine.

Im with Liam99 this is a game changer (way overpowered), ive mocked up my existing shock Q DNX fleet on ultimate shipyard if i swap HES3 with the new Siege Targetting 3 special (im using auto-loader 1 + 19% weapon weight, new special is +17% weapon weight) it will fit weight wise just and be an easy refit. Ill lose some splash but gain +75% building damage = a no brainer. No base will be safe!
