How do you calculate fleet repair times?

I have a rancer with 102 health and it takes about 28 minutes to repair it from dead, can you please tell me how you calculate the repair times?

    Tech seems to formulate in, it is definitely not like in battle pirates where its armor only and increased in cost for tech.  Vega is penalizing us for having higher tech on lower hulls.  If a harrier takes 30 seconds to repair with rail guns and then you swap on rail for one torp and the repair time sky rockets to 12 minutes tech is definitely a penalty.

    It does make sense that more sophisticated tech takes longer to repair.  It doesn't seem right that a SW with thud cannons takes the same time to repair as one with siege cannons in BP, for instance.

    They make up for it in BP by charging much higher amounts of res.

    not 12 minutes for each harriers...it like 4minutes and 50 seconds .. -_-

      I have a vague idea, it adds base repair time with any and all addons added. Let me see if I remember a few numbers:

    yeah think i was looking at a longbow.. still the tech raises a harriers repair time.  I think the class of the ship has a base repair time reguardless of outfitting, kinda like how subs are in BP
