Should there be a hit limit on bases?
I found out when someone was stalling me preventing em from hitting them (their fleet) by hitting another base non stop.... I figured after 3-4 times it would have a short bubble maybe an hour or so... But now I've hit him for over an hour just stalling and realize he can't do anything about it and while it is not exactly fun stalling doing nothing I got repairs from glitches and do this while watching tv for the next couple hours with no skin off my back. At some point it should bubble right even if for only 15 minutes.... what you all think?

Wha? Not sure what your point is. How about you just say it? I'm personally testing the game trying to find exploits and glitches intentionally so that we can let Kix know before it's a problem. If it can be an exploit it will be. You don't like the idea I'm okay with that. It's why I made a poll so we can measure it. But if you'd like to critique it try to make it clear so we know what you don't like not just make some vague notion about policing ourselves.
