Can my fleet be overloaded on a 2nd attack?

Hi,

I saw that fleets can be "overloaded" with resources after attacking a player. What happens when I attack another player with this fleet? Will I get resources, too? Or nothing?

    You can fill it up to 500% total cargo space.

    Also when I already have 100% loaded up and attack another base?
