Simple but necessary tweak: click empty place to close window!

currently its very annoying to close a window by clicking on the X icon at right top

the feature in WC like [ Clicking anywhere outside the window that will close the window ], is massively GOOD to user experience.


In addition:

I think "SELECT SHIP" window need to be much bigger, so I don't need to browse the ships by holding the scroll bar using mouse..
