Here is my way of taking down level 20 cargo

Corrosive Dragons are green.
Corrosive Dragons are acidic.
AncientViper is immune to acidic materials and poison.

Meh 6 Corvettes gets the job done for me, usually I lose 1 or 2 but no big deal

And you can take them down easily even if you are low level:
