Suggestion for Less Lag

needing Suggestions, i do not lag on any other games, but getting bad lag on this.

NO TROLLS PLEASE!

    I played minecraft and i had to turn my hardware acceleration down for it. When i went to VEGA i had sever lag at around 1fps. Then when i turned it back on max, the game got much more smoother, but I did try to turn the hardware acceleration back to max, it was the next day so there may be a server update. (Windows XP) right click desktop, properties, settings, advanced, troubleshooting.
