i need a CM's help BADLY

me and my brother both got picked we got 2 different codes 
we got email to prove it 
i was logged in on his laptop due to i was playing on it, when he went on to his emails and clicked activate it activated it on my account PLEASE HELP! he realy wants this code if you want the EMAILS to prove it i will give them VIA PM chat

NEED A CM HELP PLEASE!

    it used his code on my account his account is called CAPTAIN DEAN 
    he realy wanted this to work but thanks to me being logged in hes pissed that i was logged in and it used his code when i already had one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    yes it did activate on his account, i realy wanted this code i got the email and so has he we got 2 different emails and we can send a copy to the CM if you can help us

    Have you tried submitting a ticket to kixeye they have a future games section that might be able to help you.

    cant when i clicked ticket it says BP or WC

    i dont see enything pop up in my email inbox or Kixeye Inbox

    EDIT : oo fount it in my KIXEYE inbox it didnt show up for a litttle while i sent you the Emails
