OP 2 Base design for low levels

I believe i have found a nice base design for lower levels. I have not added any platforms or turrets because i am going to keep my bubble until i am confident of my design.

To get this design you have to move your OP down to the asteroid field in the bottom of your base view. After that just position 3 miner plats at each asteroid next to it and place your building as you wish. I will try to figure out the turrets soon after some people reply. 
I welcome feedback and trolls to tell me whats wrong, cause i am just wanting to see.

    If you position your turrets well, this could be hard to take for your level...if you don't it is a farm. Be sure to have a good gauss-laser mix

    Don't worry about OP2 designs. At that stage you are pretty weak. Just make sure you alternate your laser and gauss turrets and make sure your OP has a gauss on it. Gauss are a pain in the **** for lower level attackers (I know given that I don't have the Rancor yet) but can be overcome by Harriers. But Harriers cannot outrange lasers. So having a good combo means offense requires a good combo.

    Once you get to OP3 you can actually start doing some decent defense, so try to prioritize that upgrade. You get 2 extra towers out of the deal.

    except that not all bases have the asteroids in the same place, so each base needs to be tweeked accordingly
