is this allowed in battle?

wat do u think on this battle n how he did this? anyone have any idea y they allowed this. is this hacking or cheating. too much question, n its not fair to all wat their doin...

    If he healed them just enough to fight then yes, I do it all the time with subs during an event...

    Edit: At least that is what I think you are referring to because there is a slimmer of health on the top left indicating the health value of the entire fleet.

    OP is referring to the extremely low health on the SS-A fleet.

    Its a tactic used by missile & sub fleets. Since they specialize in having range & dont plan on being hit at all, you only need em repaird just enough to launch from dock. Very common, but NOT a hack.

    There is a certain amount of health required before you're allowed to engage in any battles (I'm not sure what's the limit, maybe mod or admin can confirm)... I tried to force my fleet to hit another outpost with roughly 95% health as I didn't want to wait and wanted the fleet to go back double-time (back in the day when this was still available), but received a pop-up that I had to dock the ships and repair first, no kamilaze allowed =P

    True, I know its at least 15 per cuda and 50 (I think) on an FF flagship (for res) during events.

    Edit: But it may be an actual percentage based on the total health...

    Our group has started to call them Zombie fleets....for obvious reasons.

    This is only true for attacking other fleets, savages, etc. If you launch the fleet with only a few seconds health you can still bait someone else into attacking you.

    no its not hacking,we do it most times to make players trying to hit your base mad.
    i did it one time with ff,s all you do is let dead fleet come in re,p it a small bit say 10s,
    then send it back out..

    No hack just a weak players idea of a way to claim they win.
    They will repair about a minute per fleet then when die say but I cost you more repair time.
    Just one of the million little exploits and ways to avoid long repair times people have came up with lol

    ive seen a hack where ships dont die but i think they just got a few HP on each ship and launched i do that with my subs so yes it is allowed

That's because a 99% dammage ship still has 100% firepower. Common tactic used all over the place. If they would reduce the firepower according to the dammage this would'nt happen.

thats not hacking you just repair each ship for a few seconds and send them out again\
