Operation: Shockwave Extended by 24 Hours!

Greetings Commanders,

Due to the connectivity issues during Operation: Shockwave, we've decided to extend the event by 24 hours. We understand how frustrating this has been for everyone involved, but we have now fixed the problem that was causing players to get the "System Overload" message. We'll continue to monitor everything you guys report and make sure that the rest of this event runs smoothly. Good luck on winning the new units!

I can not connect to the game. opens just disconnects, or sometimes I Get Started achievement in and play the event but disconnects and I lose my platoons my user id is 9130010

What is happening about the rogue bases in yellow bubbles? I haven't been able to do anything at all since the event started and no-one is letting us know what's going on

what about the laser tanks and hellfires not receiving exp points. i was using laser and did not get exp .

Chris could you look into why units both ground and air are not repairing when ur offline thats the only big issue i see right now for many players

Connection issues:crying:, the lag during attacks:crying:, the loss of units for no reason:crying:, the loss of units because of being disconnected

:mad:. The list just goes on and on, way to make a great game work really badly. Thanks a lot:crying::mad:

Please do something about this. Why is people having a few problems connecting taking precedence over some people not being able to play the game at all?

Hi Chris, I still get the under protection message "this base cannot be currently attacked" on all Hell Hound bases

The worst thing is is that it's been happening since the event started and no-one is letting us know what's going. People **** on here about not being able to get on for a few hours and Kixeye sort it straight away. I can't play the event Chris, what the hell is going on and why is it not being sorted out?

I've missed over 24 hours of the event already, your extension means absolutely nothing to us who haven't been able to play the event

Thanks very Chris you and your crew deserves the best weekend break, now only the loading time hangs at 99% and then a couple of minutes to come, well that's considerable as long as the game don't hang on attacks and reconnect.. Thanks and more power I owe you guys a drink..lols

i want to say thank you for extending the game but i would like to add that the game is still very hard to get on and still showing ovberloaded reconnect messages i hope its going to be alot better withing the next days thnx

Hey Chris everybody in sector 410 can not attack the Hell Hounds for the event, we get that the bases are under protection and currently cannot be attacked its been like this all day.

Well you got this error that does not let me play fine yesterday but now the game this much leder my platoons appears damaged and has some moments in the middle of the attack and the game crashes when the back is already killing attack units lost because of this the what good arranges a mistake and leaves several pending

it makes up if you got anything left to attack with every attack reconnect when u get back on all air and tanks gone ill spend next 7 days repair everything i wasted my time on come on kixeye give us a chance to play last event couldnt play again the same

............you have said u fixed the issue how many times now?... no change in the games performance still. You have added 24 hours to the event, but what about the countless glitches that have killed my air/cobras and razors out of nowhere ever since I started this game? I have lost more than 24 hours already of the event n it hasn't even been 3 days yet... I'm still reconnecting more than I am playing... This would be an awesome game and even worth investing coin into to play had it not been for the lag, glitches, and reconnecting... so you don't get my money!!! and until this issue is fixed I say anyone who does spend money on this game is slow in the head... In the last maintenance, you added graphics to the buildings!!!! How retarded do you have to be to for 1, add to a game that needs things fixed first, for 2 you added graphics to buildings which we do not need to see moving in the first place which uses more computer process, CPU, and ram memory for the flash player to run.. I suggest you take this advice, remove some of the graphics on the buildings such as the tech center, war factory, oil pumps, metal factory's and such, these things can be forgotten about if they don't move if it helps let us ATTACK, MOVE UNITS, GLITCH FREE!!!

How come the level 20 base has disappeared and why has the exp points dropped from 150 to 50 experience points that is so unfair

also there are no yellow bases in sector 300 with the bubble only purple ones

how can a 7 day extentin help any of us, due to game disconnecting during base attacks i have well over a day of repairs, and since last cpl OPs I dont even bother with em, as coiners seems to have thousands of pts glitches or not....so now there more time added to another BS event...so to me that jus means im stuck inna sector I dont wanna be in for how long....another day now? greeeeat.....Kixeye wants to be really sry and make up for it.....instant heal OUR TOONS!!! GIVE US SOME GOLD, something other than jus "sorry" all the time. Why is always a slap in the face over truely making your wrongs right???

I've got 1204XP Lvl 28, should have no trouble upgrading to elite warhawks. Just saw a bit of lag now so am stopping for a while.
Haven't had any trouble today. Only had trouble connecting the day before.

People losing all their air are probably just not very cautious. I keep 2 copter drones with my warhawks. I send them in first to see how things are working or if there's anything to shoot at me. Then I send in the hawks if all is clear. Whenever there's signs of lag just stop playing.
