totally false. I'd venture a guess (GUESS) that probably not even 5% get reasons for their suspension explained. Just you were in violation and cheating is not tolerated form letter
3: If you abuse a glitch, KIXEYE will email and tell you to cease this activity. Some players (like me), dont even know how to use the glitch you are refferring to.
I've yet to see a single person either state they have received such an email, or kixeye say the cited route was taken. Actually I take that back.. there is 1 individual who self reported his fleets autorepairing any time they docked and kixeye threatened to ban him if he didn't knock it off. Otherwise.. no 'knock it off' emails AFAIK.
4: I was suspended by KIXEYE for "cheating", this was resolved within 2 weeks and I was completely exonerated and completely reinstated.
I'm honestly curious, but how exactly were you exonerated? Did Kixeye actually say they were mistaken? Or did they just reactivate your account? I know ones who just had a suspension randomly.. and a few days later it was back. No details, no explanation, no apologies. They are glad to have their accounts active.. but they are about ready to hit the exits b/c Kixeye doesn't seem to feel it's worth their time to either explain what happened, or express regret for the misunderstanding.
Is it okay to share computer ? Will I get banned for sharing computers because we have only one pc in our home which is used by my family members to play battle pirates.

I was only told i had been accidently banned and for my trouble i received 500 gold. the only thing i had done before the ban was i had reported someone i thought may have been a hacker and in turn i was banned instead of said reported person so mistakes do, can, and have happened sir.......... just saying

So not true boss man, I got banned and reset for attacking a hacker when he was useing a hack and it affected my fleet ( made my lvl 39 HH fleet show as a lvl 11 in his base ) he got banned so he got pissed off and had a buddy submit a screen shot of the attack and got me reset.

You don't get Banned for the game for Repair Glitching, For taking **** in comms and/or Forums, for not putting money on the game, etc, etc, etc, etc.......YOU GET BANNED FOR HACKING ONLY! If you are a hacker and get banned, you can get back on the game if you have put coin on the game...no creds for something from facebook or 7up and other ways of getting free creds, u have to put money on the game. Then they reset you, and u get the money back to start over from lvl1. And here, if you back him and what to tell me where to go. let me start off... Piss-Off, and I got some land to sell u in the south Pacific.

We work 12hr shifts at night so one of us often needs to log in to start new research, repair base ect... ect... nope.. not according to 1 of the 5% who actually got a response for why they were banned. Too many battles.. too little (repair) time I think was the jist of it. The question is.. did KIXEYE ban b/c they thought he was hacking repairs... or ban knowing it was (likely?) glitch repairs. Couldn't tell you how much repairing might have occurred... maybe it was abusive, maybe not. There was certainly no warning prior tho.
And yes... I fully understand that this friend could be lying but when there's 20 people I know of alone who have gotten banned, have no idea why and choose to walk instead of restarting or firing up a 2nd account (that if they were hackers, could get back to their original level pretty quickly, no?). Something stinks IMO and while I appreciate that it's a tough job to run down cheats and to try and keep some balance in the game, I'm not so sure that KIXEYE's don't ask don't tell (why we banned you) policy is best for the long term health of the game, I see a lot of long timers getting tired of it and following their (lying or no) friends out the door.
Does anyone else find themselves worried about this banning situation? I have had several friends banned for no apparent or obvious reason, and it really has me worried. I have never hacked, never exploited any glitch in my favor and never "worked the system." But yet, I still find myself worried that I myself may be banned for no reason. KIXEYE's "auto-ban" just goes through the system and finds people doing things they shouldn't.
But what if I or anyone else randomly comes across a glitch that they never intended to, and had never seen before. Should they be unfairly banned? And then receive absolutely no reply from KIXEYE regarding the nature of their ban?
I do find myself troubled by this entire situation, especially as someone who has invested a good year in this game and does truly enjoy it. I want to play with the satisfaction of knowing if something is off-kilter with my account, and have a fair shot at resolving it. Instead, KIXEYE simply bans you with no explanation and no chance to explain yourself. This is not how gaming should work, or how a company should be run. Its time we got some answers from KIXEYE.
In the meantime, I thoroughly hope this post will not be deleted because it represents KIXEYE unfairly. They have done a wonderful job with so many things. But there are still a few glitches, both in the system and in management that need tweaking.

Does anyone know what a paragraph is? It involves using the "enter" button on a relatively regular basis; generally when a new point is being made.
Huge posts that are nothing but giant run-on sentences all contained in one massive "paragraph" are ridiculous.

why are people only told that they were banned for cheating?

why not give us a more direct answer?
why not tell players that they were banned for hacking, exploiting a glitch, giving out account and credit info, multiple accounts?
even when players ask though support form all they are told is cheating they are never given a direct answer
i know you dont have to give us any info on why players are banned but i dont think being a little more direct on the answer isnt giving out to much information

i dont think its fair a person should be banned for using a glitch that kixeye missed ,is it the players fault ?,..of course not ,...its a issue that the game has so for a person to be banned for a mistake that the game developers havent corrected is just unlawful and just not right,what about the glitch of hiding under bases and you cant even attack the player hiding under the base ,ok some know how to do it and its been going on for months,same as the when your being attacked and someone first peeks in our your base and then makes several attempts and gives you an 1 hr bubble ok being attacked is part of the game so know folks have issues with friendly bubbles ,..should folks be banned for attacking another player several times and granting them a free 2 day bubble of course not if you ask me thats not our fault thats kixeyes issues ,kixeye made this a attack game maybe kixye should of done a better job ,but since kixeye took out the attack button lets say to help a friend out who is being bullied constantly or being attacked well by all means go in and attack your friend and give your bud a bubble and keep it in the family better you take your pals loot then have some bully take it from them ,..oh well kixeye you put attack into the game and thats what folks do attack so wether you think its friendly bubble or not deal with it because we all have put up with all the changes you have made and have gotten no compensation and no a blue print dont cut it.no kixeye staff can say oh this person attacked this guy 5 times gave a guy a bubble and then the guy got mad poped his bubble and fight continued until 10 attacks were made and a 2 day showed up ,oh well its in the game and its kixeyes word agaisnt yours so its a no win situation.
