Oh good,,now the psychopathic nut jobs that you keep rewarding with the Raids will be able to farm us and sink our "patrol" fleets. Who is it that is crying more? The ones who use buddy bubbles or the ones who whine about people who use it? Since you handed out those scorpions, in sector hitting has escalated to the point where people are quitting the game, brilliant move on your part.
i agree with the fact that everyone should not be in a bubble at all times,but you need to look at the rule for 5 up or 5 down hit rule cause as far as im concerned the higher ups take advantage of the lower players personally 2up 2down hit would be more plauseable
So the poor little guys are no longer going to be able to defend their bases and will be farms, wonderfull epic fail. I see a mass exodus of players quitting because of this. How about fixing the bought bubble system? Your 28 day cooldown does not work as I have a friend believe it or not who is lev 30 and has not spent one day outside of a bubble. He just waits till he has an hour left and pops it and buys another one with no cool down. Gonna fix that one? Probally not since it lines your pockets with cash. Congrats on the loss of 100,000 players.
One thing that you need to add is a way to prevent 'denial of service' (DOS) base attack schemes:
Currently, when I am attacked in base, i am stuck watching the battle.
I need a 'map' button in base attack view, and I need to be able to launch fleets.
Otherwise, continuous attacks could shut me down completely.
One can just 'attack' with a gunboat fleet, run out to the corner, quit when you get close with base defense fleet, rinse and repeat....

The BEST - IMHO of course - deal would be to leave the system AS IS for lower level players, up to level 22 ( or whatever seems reasonable ), and implement the new system at higher ranks. New players get the protection they need, and higher levels have no option to abuse. Did you just think "BRILLIANT!" ? Thanks! ^_^

Then I will have 10 of my friends target his upgrades and researches with rockets. We take no damage, and because there is no bubble from the 4/10 hit rule, that guy is screwed.

I'm cool with this, but only if they lower the base hit range... The difference between a 27 and a 32 is HUGE. You might as well put your Warehouses on the edge and ask them to take what they want and beg to not be completely leveled.
Does this also mean that you will get rid of the glitch that keeps players from entering a base if another player keeps launching fleets...?

this is quite ignorant , since there are people out there that only want to keep you from doing what you need to do, not to get res or xp, just to screw with you
Sooooooo... in theory, u can have your long channel with lots of guns. Then you can have your fleets guarding ur WH on the inside, so after the "base fleet" makes it inside, the "fleet killer" patrolling on the inside will smash what is left of the base fleet, and then you bubble? Is there going to be restrictions on where you can have your fleet at inside your base? If not, then this will definitely make any half way decent player's base impervious. I mean, just put a thud fleet inside, they will tear through anything that happens to make it past the rest of the defenses.

Ok how about some more enhanced options for rebuilding a base....like a storage section to remove items and stor them to place them later... We have been doing lots of base testing and moving things around to set things up for SFB... would be nice to quicken the process up.

there will be no way to protect your research from getting extended 8+ hours over and over again....even with a protecting fleet....once it's dead it will have to be repaired and someone can keep coming in over and over again extending the research over and over again.....I say get rid of the 8+ hour research extending when a building is destroyed....or give us more land tiles so we can protect our research

There is no way somebody can stop somebody 5 lvls higher than them from ripping their base up. This was a good system, that needed tweaked not removed. Could have put a limit on how often you got friendly bubble or something. Your game is beginning to favor those who will pay money way too much, and I am afraid these changes will ruin for those of us who have to work to advance. One more thought, this means someone can "rim" a base repeatedly without players getting bubbled. You really need to think this one over kixeye.:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

post lots of guards or let a LOT of fast repair buildings get smashed LOL! I caught an idiot working on his base with No Dome...I fixed that and gave him a two day :P

wont change a thing, they will just put unimportant buildings outside and let them be destroyed until 25 % is done or whatever. bottom percentage needs to be raised to make it require some important buildings be hit to get one. i will believe it when i see it!
