This has also happened to me and ive sent 2 emails and 2 tickets to kixeye and had no reply! they take the piss!

Have you cheated in the past? Like having revenge raid prize ships when you didn't win them, elite class ships that didn't earn elite class either through experience or paying for instant upgrades, etc. ?
Seriously, 99% of the people who complain on the forums about getting suspended are valid suspensions for cheating.

i had the drac battle ship but i complained that i shouldnt have it and i asked kixeye to remove it they DIDN'T so i built about 15 and then went on holiday got back account gone but it could of been my level 41 fleet
DeathBringer, the ability to read is obviously not a requirement..if so you would have read in the FAQ's that matters of this will not be dealt with on the forums ..and you would not have wasted your time, and opened your self up to the torment of the friendly people in this forum such as myself, and the hundreds of other sharp tongued anti-whiners who hang out here in an attempt to serve as a surrogate 'common sense'' ..yes we fail but at least we get to laugh at the circus show

Sorry to hear you got banned!!!. But is this not the 2nd time you had raid prizes "mysteriously" arrive in your docks and is this not the 2nd time (that i know of) that you have been banned.
when you got suspended, you tried to log on to the game, and then what, you got a message saying thx but no thx ?? Im asking cos I cant access the game since last night. Just wont load up, no service message or anything.

It doesn't matter you knew you should not have them and you built them anyways. They ban people because they use glitches as you claim as well.

IMO they have no right at all to ban someone for using a "beta game feature" (ie glitch). FIX THE **** GAME, dont ban people because you're incompetent. of course anyone that IS actually cheating or hacking deserves to be banned. imagine what the world would be like if we got imprisoned for taking advantage of a loophole....and as the saying goes, dont hate the player, hate the game....so don't ban the player, FIX THE GAME.
