why is there two different times - ive got 20 days and others have 18 days?

    18 is if you have an officer for your navy lab

    Depends on if you got an officer or not, that's the 10% difference you are seeing.

    Im suprised some noob has not come here and said it already so i will. we get 18 days because we hackers lol.

    only messing, like previous threads, assign officer to naval lab.
