Slot 1 Fleet not getting 10% map speed boost.

My fleet in slot 1 does not appear to be getting it's 10% boost from it's officer.

I have tried, Replacing all the ships and changing the Officer but neither seems to have an effect.

My User ID is: 671861

Is this something that can be looked at please.

    Known problem. It's 10% slower than actual speed regardless of whether or not there is an officer assigned. Kixeye is looking at it.

    ya this is long time bug i dont use fleet1 cuz of it and if i do its a fleet to haul resources if every other fleet is busy

    Are you sure? Maybe make some notes and/or measurements... Though it is a known bug
